We loved the cottage, the porch, and the grounds. Very sweet to have a few breakfast foods waiting for us also. To us, it was perfect. It was quiet at night as well as during the day. Close enough to walk downtown and around the area. Julie and Brent were polite and pleasant. We will definitely return when we visit the area again.

We were very pleased with everything.

So roomy, quiet, and comfortable, and they thought of everything. Great location. Breakfast food was just right. LOVED the local banana bread.

We didn't have much use for the cable TV since we haven't watched TV that way for years. We went out to hear music in the evenings anyway, so it didn't matter.

This place is a hidden gem!! We were so pleasantly shocked at how Beautiful our room was! The furniture is top quality. The bedding is gorgeous. It looks like a huge spacious room out of Decorators Digest! On top of that, the room was stocked with food and drinks and there was not a thing we needed! The grounds are a sweet little garden area that is so peaceful and perfect! The proprietors were as sweet as they could be and we even tried to stay an extra day and they were fully booked!! I’m coming back here several times if I can find an opening!! Just absolutely perfect spot!

The cottage was perfect for my birthday weekend getaway! Great location, close to everything. We really enjoyed the banana nut poundcake from Naegelin's bakery that was in the cottage for us. Wonderful hosts, we would definitely stay again!

Sheets were so soft in the king bed, sofa bed a bit uncomfortable but I think they all are! Loved the continental breakfast. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating! The place is super cute, grounds well kept! It’s a gem! We will be back! It’s close to everything!

A mini Keurig and coffees would be awesome but made do with the coffee bag and hot water.

Location was perfect for the event we were in town for. Close to downtown, which is darling. Room was well stocked with breakfast items/variety. Bed was so cozy! Entire place was quiet & felt very safe.

Room was stuffy when we first arrived- we opened the windows to get some fresh air. The parking lot was a little tight but managable.

The host and hostess were wonderful. They were friendly. Made us feel like we were home and welcome. Couldn't ask for much more than they provided. Great people.

We loved the humming birds, the flowers, everything is meticulously maintained and clean, really comfy bed, and super close to the water park and the rivers... We definitely will be back, Thanks!

I would like to have someone to take care of you upon your arrival, I had an issue with the communications (my cellphone died) and could not “check in”

Stayed in the Juniper Room which was tucked in the back. Very quiet and close to everything in downtown New Braunfels.

Nothing. Was a perfect stay with no issues. Highly recommend.
