The location to downtown Gruene is amazing. Love the quiet serenity, the beauty of the river & feeling far away from the world even though you’re only a few short minutes from all the excitement.

We had absolutely no water pressure in our bathroom sink. It was extremely difficult to wash our hands or brush our teeth. The pool was dirty with leaves & tree debris. Also, the sheets were extremely too large for the mattress, so it felt as if we were sleeping on a piled up blanket for 3 nights.

We travel a lot and this was one of the nicest places we have found. Very quite,and beautiful landscaping! We saw deer and a fox, and beautiful birds. Pool was great as well as the hot tub. It was so organized! You could get your snacks, coffee, tea, and sodas 24 hours a day! I am ready to go back RIGHT NOW! I also have told several friends about it already!

Location was great, 5 min to Gruene Hall and 15 to New Braunfels, pool and hot tub were awesome! 2 min to Rockin R to float the Guadalupe. I loved the 18 & up policy as well

My husband didn’t like the No Smoking policy, however I don’t smoke and I get them not wanting to deal with cigarette butts etc.

The closeness to venues in Gruene. Easy directions and ease of facilities. The bedding was wonderful as well as the bathroom. The quietness and the wonderful river front. Would highly recommend these accommodations and the host. Thank you.

The stay was short. The TV remote was complicated for two Nevadans. Hahaha.

From the master bedroom of Butter Tub Suite, I could hear EVERY footstep and loud conversation of the guests above us. The footsteps were especially LOUD. The outdoor landscaping is awful. Where are the flowers and GREENERY? It looks like it’s been very neglected for years. TRAFFIC in New Braunfels is a huge problem. I won’t return due to the overcrowding and traffic.

This place exceeded my expectations. Very responsive staff. Great accommodations. Everything was spacious and clean. Very quiet. Small property. Easy to get around. We enjoyed our stay so much and would go back. Would highly recommend!

Everything was wonderful! Could not be happier!

This had nothing to do with the B & B, but the guests in the room across the hall from us evidently were heavy pot smokers and did so off and on throughout the weekend. Hopefully, they were charged for breaking the rules.

This place was so cute! The rooms were all nice, had first aid kits everywhere, towels for the pool area, bug spray and citronella bands for us to wear…lots of snacks and things for breakfast in the kitchen. It’s a great place to stay, I’ll definitely stay again! The pics are all of my room Mulberrie Court and outside.

The property is very well maintained and very accommodating. The pool area and all balcony areas over looking the river make this a welcoming place to spend a few days of rest and relaxation. The very comforting bed sheets and sleeping pillows as well as the robes were an added luxury. We look forward to coming back and exploring more next trip and we can only hope the breakfast gets added back to the bed real soon!

TV in the Gray room was pretty small and did not currently have access to ESPN. If it was not raining outside, we may have never noticed.

Breakfast was good, you grabbed whatever you needed and made your own coffee. Plenty of food to choose from

Nothing, it was a great location and the view from the property was absolutely wonderful
