It was a good selection.
Our hotel and stay were amazing. However, there is a SERIOUS staffing issue. We had the moat contact with one INCREDIBLE front desk associate. Her name was Claudia. She did an amazing job for our entire stay. BUT she worked her ass to the bone because she was the only person working that desk plus attending to everything else. She never missed. Beat or a request, but she didn't even have time to eat dinner 2 nights in a row because of your staffing issues. She needs a nother staff with her, AND she needs a raise for being such an amazing employee. I've NEVER had a hotel employee so good at doing the job of 4 employees before. Seems to me yall don't respect your employees at all.

I would have to say I really loved the staff. Everyone made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Ms. Jennifer at the front desk was amazing, very cheerful and took the time to recommend some restaurants in the area, even pulled out a box with business cards to give to me and told me why she liked each restaurant. Bravo!
The last couple of times I’ve stayed here they have been doing renovations, I stayed in a room this time with a kitchenette and when walking in the dishwasher was pulled out of the wall and just sitting, I also noticed a lot of construction dust in the kitchen area/cabinets. Very minor,the staff was very quick to respond and resolve.

Aside from the desk staff not being too friendly- everything was amazing
Every single one of the ladies at the desk seemed annoyed and unhappy and come off maybe- snotty. Not sure if it's based on some of the things I read about racism in rockport or just coincidence but seemed like something was off with all 3 that we dealt with.

Front desk staff was wonderful as we arrived late in the evening for our stay. Breakfast was good and bed was comfortable!
Every time I used the side door (by the parking lot and closest door to elevators) I had to stand by the ashtray to use the card key. I know this was their designated smoking area, just wish it wasn’t right by the door! Other than that it was great!

This is the best hotel we have stayed in Rockport...so clean..the rooms are spacious..the beds are confortable..the breakfast is the best! The staff is great..We love it! 💕
We couldn’t use the pool..at the time we went...but it had a sign that it was been serviced..🥺...but I know next time we will be able to enjoy it.🙂..going back soon!
