Quality Inn Ingleside - Corpus Christi

When I booked it, it was was by accident. I didn't realize we had to take the ferry! It was our first time to ever ride the ferry and the kids were excited. The place is very clean and the lady that checked us in Brandy was extremely nice and smiled a lot. She was such a people person. We were so glad to have booked it.

That we didn't get there sooner to enjoy the pool. Now we know for next time.

Where to even start. First off I don’t normally give reviews but this place DESERVES to be known more. Staff are second to none. When I first checked in the lady at the front desk was super helpful and nice. She recommended some spots to try out and to sight see, then I lost my room key and without any fuss she helped me get a new one. The room was better then expected, we got a king size bed in a no smoking room and it was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve been in. Bed was nice, AC was cold, fridge and microwave were clean as if brand new, and tv worked like a charm. Now to the bathroom, everything we could need plus more were there, toilet worked great with no issues and the tub shower combo was clean clean clean. We even enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi even more. As far as location, the ferry was just a 10 min drive to port Aransas and 20 mins from downtown Corpus Christi with food and stores in between. The breakfast may be small but still very tasty and filling. 10/10 place would come back to again in the future.

Breakfast had very few items as far as selections. Mostly the basics since covid with muffins and yogurt. But they had juices and jimmy dean breakfast biscuits so that was a plus.

Everything in the large room worked! Staff was friendly and helpful. Quiet and we encountered no issues.

Hotel was perfect for my needs - close location to work and nice and quiet during my stay. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and hotel manager was a huge help in extending my checkout time, so that I could get some extra rest before work. It is an older looking hotel, but the management and cleanliness really shows. Excellent management goes a long way!!

There wasn't much of a breakfast when I stayed, but we had also just been through the freeze here in Texas, so groceries were not widely available.

Close to my family and easy to get in and out of the parking.

Breakfast not as good as I expected, but passable. Nothing cooked, only microwave and cold stuff.

Clean and friendly staff.

Room smelled like an old hotel and it needed updated. The mattress seemed old as well.

Location was alittle bit outside the range but ok. Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast could have been better.. Biscuits, sausage, bacon and gravy

Staff was nice, quiet ambiance, and close smoking area. Shower had non-slip mat.

Toilets too short and small, could use grab bars in shower, and shower head could have been directional. Breakfast could have used eggs.

Overall it was a great stay!

There isn't a crossover on the highway to get to the hotel so it was a little difficult to get to. The chlorine in the hot tub was so strong we couldn't enjoy it because we couldn't breathe and it burned our eyes.

Excellent customer service!

Is not close to Corpus Christi’s, almost 30 minutes driving to get there.
