Great place, just found it and will definitely be back..enjoyed a relaxing weekend

Everything was nice ,only thing that could have been better was the ac but not a deal breaker

I loved the pool/hot tub area and the shaved ice stand was excellent too. It made the whole experience worthwhile, I fully intend on recommending this place to family and friends. The room was comfortable too although it was a little on the warm side. I would stay again anyway just because of the pool, regardless of anything else.

The beds were a little hard and squeaky like they were old, my husband and I were fully expecting to wake up with a backache but strangely enough that didn't happen. The air conditioner was kinda loud, sounded like it was struggling a bit. Also we put some water and sodas in the mini fridge and it didn't get them very cool so that might have been going out too. Overall the rooms need a few updates but it didn't bother us at all, our stay was still enjoyable and the people were friendly.

Great we really enjoyed our stay everyone was super friendly and the pool was very nice small with so many people using but nice and well kept .the kitchen was great with nice appliances.also loved the kitchen sink fixture it was very nice. And the furniture in living room very nice as well.

Maybe if possible more blankets in the rooms and an AC in the other bedroom of the two bedroom units that bedroom got very warm and door had to be left open.with fan on. New shower heads might be good too the stream on shower heads was super slow. Just suggestions no worries though nice place overall

Everything went well from check in to check out! Front desk called us the day of check in to let us know our bungalow was ready before check in time! The pool, hot tub and snow cone stand are awesome! The grounds are nice, cleaned and well maintained! Close to everything ! The pool was hit with lawn games and bbq pits for guest! The bungalow is awesome for 2 adults and 2 kids ! The loft was in top is perfect size for kids ! Also Peyton’s golf carts made it easy and efficient to rent a golf cart and it’s on the grounds as well which is super convenient! The staff at the front desk , snow cone shop and the golf cart stand were all welcoming and helpful!

It is quiet and well kept property. Most of the guests were families with children of all ages. We also appreciated that several washcloths were put in the bathroom specifically labeled for makeup removal or stains.

According to the owner they bought the property about two years ago and are still making repairs / upgrades. The sink in our bathroom was very rough looking and needs to be replaced. The only other issue we experienced were sewer flies in the bathroom.

We usually stay at the Hilton Gardens, Holiday Inn, and the Marriott, so this place, being much older, had its very own personal touch. It was welcoming. This place was very clean. We were a group of 3 couples. All of our rooms were spotless clean, with seating outside. It had 2 rocking chairs and a small table to drink our coffee in the morning and late evenings. It was so quiet. It has a very nice heated pool. It was perfect for what we went for and that was the beach.

Our only problem was the toilet base. It was not anchored to the floor on one side, and it caused movement and noise when sitting down and standing. The location was awkward. It was centered right in back of the bathroom door. Which was also centered with the front door. If you didn't close the door and the front door is opened, everyone passing by could get a peek of you sitting on the toilet. That was the only issue.

James, the property manager, is absolutely incredible. he really loves is job managing this site and it shines through in his interactions and service with guests. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating on multiple occasions during our stay — going above and beyond for us. My two daughters and I stayed in one of the quaint bungalows. It was very well appointed with modern appliances, spacious sleeping areas and bathroom. And I loved the quite mornings on the front porch while my girls slept in. The bungalow was very clean and when there was an issue with low pressure coming from the sink in the kitchen, it was addressed and resolved immediately. Exceptional location. Beautiful pools/hot tubs. on-site shaved ice and ice cream stand and on-site golf cart rental business (Peyton’s). every interaction with property staff, as well as the ice cream and golf cart staff was five stars! It was cozy, smaller than I expected but just good enough for the 4 of us. The rooms were warm, but the recliners on the couch were comfortable enough to sleep on in the cool livingroom. Close to beach and the staff was very friendly. They gave us late check out for free last minute.

I was not told beforehand that the extra parking passes were $10/day. I didn't mind paying it, just wanted to know. The cooling unit did not cool down the bedrooms, just enough for the living room.

We loved our apartment that we stayed in. It was spacious and very clean. Had all the comforts of home would definitely stay there again! Loved the two pools. My 2 year old grandson could play in the shallow pool all over by himself with us sitting in the pool watching him. He thought he was a big boy! Very clean grounds. Perfect place to stay.

Lot’s of stairs to the 2-bedroom apartment also didn’t seem to have much parking. Each room had an assigned spot which was great if you had one car like we did. Somebody took our spot as soon as my daughters pulled out to go to the store. When I told the guy who took it, that was our spot he said he wouldn’t be there long. I didn’t want to be a “Karen” so I never called the front desk. When my daughters came back they had to find another spot to park. It was just a minor problem, not worth making a fuss about.

Well provisioned, nice kitchen and bathroom and bedroom. The upstairs loft has a very low ceiling and is only good for small children, but my grown daughter was able to sleep comfortably and could sit up in the bed without hitting the ceiling. Otherwise, everything was great.

We kept having to reset the wifi while trying to watch a movie, which was annoying.
