Lupita was awesome. Great breakfast with personal service.karen in front office was extremely helpful. There is nothing that could be improved. We were allowed to bring our 4 legged babies and tried very hard to be exceptional guests.

There was nothing that we didn't like. I did think that the handrails in the shower should have been at the other end so that you wouldn't have to get in under the water stream. I am elderly and it felt unsafe.

Location was great. Rooms were comfortable and place was quiet. Most of staff members were pleasant and helpful.

Limited options for vegetarian at breakfast. Young staff member at night check it needs some more customer service training. Room was not cleaned after a certain time. Informed front desk and still was not cleaned. Room service needs to do a lot better . No replacement of toilet tissue or soap.

Very comfortable, nice, clean stay as always! Breakfast was amazing, lots of variety to choose from!

Fire alarm going off every morning at 7am. Pretty scary knowing we are approaching hurricane season. I’m sure this is also for hurricane and other alarms. Better to be safe then sorry. But a warning would have been nice.

The location was awesome. We were close to multiple different beaches. The small town had a delicious selection of food as well.

There wasn’t anything I could think of besides noisy kids I didn’t like about the property, however of course that’s nothing to do with the hotel itself. Just ignorant parenting.

Premises were ready and clean. Front desk service was prompt, cordial and clear. Room was ample and very clean taking into account that is not a new building. Continental breakfast was simple but acceptable. Room service was very cordial and efficient.

The location was a little too far from beach and not much to choose around premises such as restaurants and fast food places. For continental breakfast was only one person doing all the work. She was a super duper...but having extra staff will do good things to satisfy want and needs of guests.

Nice, newer facility with well-lit & camera monitored parking. Very clean rooms and common areas. AC & shower both worked well. Front desk staff were young and well-trained in customer service. Breakfast had a nice range of choices: scrambled eggs, biscuit & gravy, sausage, egg & sausage sandwich, oatmeal, bagel, muffins, minced potatoes, fruit, coffee, juices & more.

Exiting the property, you must drive a short way then U-turn if you are headed into Ingleside business district or Aransas Pass. Although a small, older HEB is close enough to walk (1/2 mile), there's no way path to the grocery store except the highway shoulder.

Staff was very nice. Entrance was clean.. Room hadn't been cleaned as well as it should have been. There was dust on the furniture. Elevator floor was duct taped in one corner

The dusty furniture & at breakfast they ran out of blueberry waffle mix.

The staff were AMAZING , the locality of the hotel to amenities and the beach. The conjoined rooms was super convenient for our stay. The rooms were clean. Just overall the experience was great. Breakfast was good. My child is a picky eater but they had items she would eat so that was nice. It was easy to book online as well. The price was definitely worth the stay. Our view was nice too we had an over look of the pool and than field. Perfect for sittin in front the window sippin coffee and watchin the rain :) could tell the rooms are well kept and clean. Didnt have to worry about bed bugs. Pillow were nice in fluffy.

The water pressure in the shower wasnt great. :(

I enjoy the stay, the room was not as big as expected but it was good. The bathroom made up for it. The hospitality from the staff was excellent and the amenities around the hotel was good.

The only thing was that the bacon and sausage could have been cooked a little more. They were a few minutes under cooked. Other than that it was good.

All of the staff was exceptionally nice! The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!

The only thing I can complain about was that our room smelled moderately of mildew.
