Studio 6-San Antonio, TX - Airport

The King studio room was spacious and had a nice apartment-style look and feel. The kitchenette appliances (microwave, stove top, refrigerator) were all in good working order. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure for the shower was great, and the water was always hot. The pool was clean, and the onsite laundry facilities were in working order. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. I recommend if you plan to cook, bring or purchase a small group of pots& pans, cutlery, spatula, and spoons. cups and dishes, as these are not supplied in the kitchen. You will hear a lot of airplanes.

This is an older property, but the Management of this hotel is EXCELLENT. Any request, they were happy to get for me, moved me to another room, when asked. The Hotel 6 at the Airport staff should be congratulated as all working as one team.

The bathroom in the handicapped room floor was always wet. That is the reason, that I changed rooms. BUT, BUT, I am sure the front desk clerk, saw that I was older and would appreciate that room and the ground floor location.. So, cudos once again to your staff, instead of being on the 3rd floor without elevators.

Room had a microwave, stove, and refrigerator.

The elevator was not working and I was on the 3rd floor, which made it very difficult for me since I'm disabled. So I had to leave my suitcase in the car, because I couldn't get it up 3 flights of stairs. I was VERY unhappy with that!! One of the staff members was also rude to my friend. My friend was trying to get there, so she was giving instructions and was rude!! The bed was not comfortable. It didn't have any firmness to it. I will not be staying there anymore or a Motel 6... I think I deserve a refund!!

I love how y'all cheaper than the motel 6 70 plus 50 deposit and they have just bed TV and shower n restroom. But your studio 6 was cheaper no deposit and the room was bigger and had a full kitchen as well I love coming to this location thank you so much.

I don't like how the cops are always in parking lot or bothering the occupant idk maybe there was a disturbance but geez I could be doing nothing in the wrong and they will question u on ur property for no reason just for smoking a cigarette outside your car . Maybe your should get a security guard for the property instead having those mean scary cops rolling around every hr for no reason I'd that my only problem.

I loved how big the room was, that there was a kitchenette and good size fridge and a very comfortable bed.

I didn't like that the WiFi was so hard to stay connected to, i didn't like that we weren't able to have a downstairs unit(my daughter and i are disabled and struggle going up and downstairs), didn't like how our reservations were cancelled after requesting that our check in time be a bit after 6 pm and having to cut our stay short by three days because the price jumped from what the original 13 days were quoted.

The staff at Studio 6 were more than accommodating to meeting our needs during our stay. They treated us with respect and were helpful in resolving an issue (not of their making) with great results. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay while in San Antonio. A special shout out to the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant.

I absolutely loved how nice the gentleman was that worked up front, he was very kind and helped me out the minute I got there. The room was clean and smelt great, I would absolutely stay here again when I visit San antonio again! My son also loved it and was very happy! The pool was also very clean and fun!

There was nothing that they could've done to make my stay better. The only thing is is the neighbors upstairs were loud and I could hear the footsteps which drove me a tad bit crazy and also a creepy man was staring at me at the pool but of course that wasn't the hotels fault, he was just a weirdo.

Everything worked. The a/c was cold; I had to put on an extra blanket. Plenty of towels, hot water was hot, no complaints about the shower or shower head. The refrigerator: freezer worked fine kept frozen food frozen, and the refrigerator was kept cold foods cold. Despite what the property looks like on the outside, it’s actually very quiet. I slept soundly with no disturbances or problems.

I wish the outside looked better, more inviting. Usually there is a large trash can under the kitchenette sink, there wasn’t one. I only had the small bathroom trash can to use.

Management was wonderful, they even gave us a grace period when we accidentally woke up late, rather charging us late fees like everyone other hotel. The employees were all so kind, they always had anything we need if we asked. The community was wonderful, kids play outside. The pool was great, especially for this heat. It was properly cleaned out and always ready to swim! Our room was fully equipped! Kitchen stove big fridge, all great amenities! The bed was comfy too! Definitely one of our favorites to come and relax. Thank you guys! Keep up the hard work! We can't wait to come back!
