Comfort Inn & Suites San Antonio Airport

It’s a great location with easy access to 410. The rooms are quite large and very clean. When the air works, it works well. The pool was decent, water clear, though kind of an odd location (yes, I used it). Breakfast was included. The staff was helpful, check in and check out were easy.

The first room I was adding end, the keys didn’t work. Re-did the keys, still didn’t work, meaning the door lock wasn’t working. Room 2, the air didn’t seem to be working properly but since it wasn’t uncomfortable, I let it go that first night. However, I had to unplug the fridge because it had a high-pitched squeal. Night number two, the air was definitely not working so I had to switch rooms. This third room was the keeper! Breakfast was standard fare, fake eggs, sausage, bakery items…but the juice machine was out. Also, the gym was out of order. Someone was smoking weed on the first and it filled the corridor, and people on the fourth floor (mine) fought loudly for two evenings. So maybe not the best clientele.

Like the room it was clean,, the room didnt smell .

But how it smells,, didnt liked ,, is not that strong the smell but it does smell. Need to get rid off the carpet. Ther was no water bottels .

The room was comfortable. Front desk was accommodating and friendly.

The breakfast lady was just standing in the kitchen when I went for breakfast. No eggs, no waffle mix, no coffee. When I asked her if she had anything ready she said "there's only 20 minutes left" She only brought out 3-4 servings of eggs & there were lots of people who were waiting to eat. Breakfast should be full & ready for all the guests to be able to eat. She was acting like she pays for the food & she only puts out diet syrup & had an attitude twice when I asked for regular syrup. What's up with her?

it was a great hotel for the price. I was just sad because the gym was closed… like what??? I guess they recently did a pest control fumigation so there was dead coaches in the bathroom and outside our room… I didn’t even notice until we were leaving. it was only like 2 roaches dead. the room got super cold and it was amazing!!! so the AC definitely works! there was a store and restaurants near by and Lyft rides were cheap because we were in a great location!

The cleaning lady was so nice and right away stopped what she was doing to get us towels for the pool and then cleaned our room while we were out and even sprayed a nice scent to freshen it up

The room did have a slight musty smell but it is really hot out right now.

I liked the facilities, especially my room. Bed was comfortable and sink/shower were pleasant, including the selection of toiletries. Also, I liked the hotel's location. Staff did well in answering my questions, too. Housekeepers were particularly amusing.

I did not like that shuttle service to and from the airport was not given to me even when I requested it. I had to incur in additional transportation costs, even as I had chosen to stay with this company because of their shuttle service. Breakfast was disappointing as well since the hotel is only giving away cereal bars due to COVID, I was informed. Cleanliness in my bathroom was ok and evidently completed but still not perfect as I prefer it.

Front desk staff, both young men, could not be bothered on a simple acknowledgment. Particularly the guy at evening check in. I asked for a room in a quiet floor/section. Not we’re kids running in the hall around 930pm but I had to call FD to them address the issue. Kenny or Denny seemed to be more concerned w/his phone than his duties as FD clerk. Guy in the AM may not have heard my good morning. A lady Mgr was very nice !

LOCATION excellent. Nice breakfast. Nice staff. Clean. Temperature good. Curtains efficient. Quiet.

Closet door dirty. Toilet seat broken (room 333), tub drain hair clogged, couch upholstery stained.Bit pricey and no shuttle as promised!!Awful toilet paper roll, waisting motel resources as takes a hack saw to get it started.

I liked everything about this property,as it was beyond my expectations for the price that I paid . The bed was very comfortable, the Television was huge and came in very well with a large selection to watch. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of food to chose from.

The front desk attendant was hard to understand would be my only negative.

The spring on the water spout for the tub was stuck so the water automatically came out from the shower head thus creating very low water pressure in the shower. Tub was also very slippery. I almost fell down.
