Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio Airport

I liked that it had a mini store. I liked that it had a second entrance that only opened with a key card. I liked that it was clean and enjoyable to stay at.

I didn’t like that you had to pay for breakfast. I didn’t like that you had to pay for parking. If I didn’t have to pay extra for parking and breakfast this would’ve been the perfect hotel to stay at and would recommend to friends and family and would stay again.

The room was a great size and it was nice to have a lounge-y couch to put feet up and watch a little tv. The walk-in shower was also a generous size and came stocked with a row of wall-mounted containers of wonderful-smelling shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

I can’t think of anything that could have been better about the hotel, amenities or service. Everything exceeded my expectations! The immediate area around the hotel was not the most upscale but the parking area is gated and we didn’t need to walk anywhere. We felt completely safe.

It was close to the airport and appreciated the shuttle service. we got in really late or early and they provided the service still. When we called in for the shuttle they held it for us til we got there. So appreciated it since it was 1:00 in the morning.

Hotel is great! We arrivrd a little after 1:00 pm and hotel let us check in early. Staff is friendly and room was clean. Nice size TV in the room. Sleeper sofa was comfortable. Shower was a walk in shower; best part!

Had to set air condition to lowest setting because the room was very hot when we arrived. Room cooled down a little, but still warm during the night and morning. May need a filter change. Mini-fridge was not cold at all. There is a parking fee per night; $10.00.

Melody was the best. She was so kind and helpful. I came to Tx for a leadership conference and stayed at the St Anthony Hotel. I wanted to leave and go back to your location. Thank you for hiring great staff. Blessings, Rita Rodriguez

The safety features and the courteous helpful staff was wonderful. I felt at ease that my vehicle was enclosed in a restrictive area; therefore putting me at ease to relax. As well as and most important of all, the safety of my family, daughter and grandaughter, exceeded my expectations. Then the comfort in the room was amazing, from the refreshing Tea Tree shampoo, Lemon Sage conditioner/bath soap, the white super clean sheets and the comfort of the pillows/beds was amazing.

Internet connections weren't compatible to my granddaughter's chromebk. Then when attempting to use my hot spot on phone, it still didn't work. This made it difficult to work in the comfort of the room because we had to go to the computer area.

Parking lot needs more and brighter security lights for safety. Hotel allows discount parking for airport passengers who may/may not be hotel guests which can allow suspicious activity in parking lot. We didn't have a problem, but we were apprehensive when we returned to the hotel in the dark. Overall a good stay.

It was very clean, had comfortable beds, and huge tv .

Outside pool area was dark and could use brighter lights. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a microwave in our room but front desk had one delivered to my room. A deposit was required but not explained on booking. And Chime credit card not accepted.

Nothing it was great. Every MArriotte should be like this one. Food was great! Staff made us feel at home. Will return. Give it a 4star rating.
