Bathroom was completely cleaned. There was hair in the shower and on the sink

I loved just about everything about it! The staff was super sweet, the hotel room was extremely spacious. Although the curtains were broken and I couldn't pull them back, the decor was beautiful. We went to check out the bar downstairs, and man it was pretty cool. Drinks were great & strong. The food from the kitchen was AMAZING!!! The bartender was such a sweet personable lady. I visit San Antonio a lot, as I am from the city, and I can't wait to come back. I normally stay with family, but this will definitely be my go to stay from now on! The location of the hotel is VERY central and right off the highway! You are right near plenty of restaurants and fast food places. This place is also about 2 miles from North Star Mall if you love shopping!

The guest above me were extremely nosey. I did make a complaint and the staff, which they did call up to the room, however the guest above me just got angry because I did that and started making even more noise, stomping and walking back & forth until 5:00am. (BUT THIS IS NOTHING AGAINST THE HOTEL, ONLY THE GUEST!)

Close to airport, good room, decent breakfast.

Doesn’t have its own shuttle to/from airport, but relies on on-demand ride-share drivers; unfortunately these appear to be scarce at times - after 30 mins of waiting, with drivers apparently either accepting then cancelling or just not accepting, I eventually gave up and paid for a taxi there myself.

Friendly staff! I called about getting a room for early check in last minute and I believe her name was Yolanda was very professional and friendly! She got me early check in and I was more than happy!! Loved the lobby. Rooms were clean and spacious!

The pool/ hot tub. It’s not the best. Pool is small and hot tub wasn’t working, it was more like a hot bath, no jets. Felt cramped when other people came in! Not a big deal if you don’t mind that! Other parts of the hotel and price make up for that! If you’re staying for the pool/ hot tub don’t.

I loved all facilities and location

First night was excellent but second night not. We spent the day at Sea World and we're tired but there was too much noise in the room in top of our. we called the operator to let them know but apparently no action was taken even though was already midnight.

We booked a 2 room King Suite and it was great- 2 entire bedrooms and but only 1 bathroom. The beds and the linens were fantastic and super comfy. It was pretty clean- I say this bc I spilled a drink on the tile floor near the "kitchenette" and I wiped it up and the towel was very grimy. But it appeared very clean, regardless. The bathroom was fine- just normal- nothing special. There was no breakfast, per se, except for packaged 7-11 style muffins, etc - they say, "Due to Covid". I was surprised at this honestly. There were plenty of hand sanitizing stations and the elevators were marked with where to stand for social distancing. I didn't like the music they were playing all the time. But , the room was very quiet (even at the airport) and the A/C was plenty cold.

I did not like the music that was always playing in the lobby and out front- very minor though, obviously. I didn't like that there was not a better sort of breakfast. I really, really, really didn't like how dark the "sitting" area of the King Suite was- a tiny place the size of a closet with a very uncomfortable couch and NO LAMPS. I also did NOT like that the desk area was right next to the bathroom, as was the little "kitchenette" area. That kind of grossed me out.

Large clean room. In room fridge and microwave. Bar on site. Breakfast included "hot" (made to order) and "cold" foods.

swimming pool was indoors. Would have liked an outdoor swimming pool. The cleaning staff kept leaving us 3 towels per day. We were 4 in the room. Wish they had noticed we kept asking for more towels.

Our room had a humid odor but still was clean, the pool area was to small for the room capacity and a little bit dirty (used towels and a lot of hair on the floor), we needed to contact our airport shuttle the day of our arrival when we had already scheduled it when we made our reservation plus we waited for it about 40 minutes in the airport, yet the driver was very kind and helped us with our baggage.

The room was nice, beds were comfortable, bathroom was a bit small. Breakfast was good and staff was kind.

The pool and hot tub were taken the majority of our stay by the same people day after day. There should be like a 2 hour minimum per family since area is so small

Nice hotel and the staff is excellent as well as the food as I had room service which was very prompt I like the gym a lot, it’s roomy, has multiple machines, balls, weights, but a few treadmills did not work, also it would be great to have a hand sanitizer dispensers or sanitizing wipes in there otherwise an excellent stay
