Crowne Plaza San Antonio Airport, an IHG Hotel

Great location. Amazing price. Very nice, clean and fresh room. Bar, coffee area. A warm Jacuzzi. Nice staff. Good breakfast. To the airport 5 min.

We appreciated our rooms being close together on the same floor. We really liked the breakfast every morning as a few of our party are breakfast people. Servers Chandler and Humberto, in particular, at breakfast took extra attention to us and made sure we had juice, plenty of toast, etc.

My only complaint, and it's not a deal breaker, is that I would have enjoyed a night cap in your lovely bar. I know the liquor license is coming, so that's something to look forward too.

Close to Target, a ton of restaurants and the airport. However, I didn’t hear any airplanes during my stay. The gentleman who drove us to the airport was so professional and kind!

The ice machines are only on odd numbered floors, but during my stay, only the machine on the top floor worked. A hike for ice, but no big deal really.

The staff was wonderful! The bartender was hilarious and made some amazing drinks!

The bathroom door didn't close properly and our curtain rod was broken. You could tell the building was rundown and for a crowne Plaza, I was surprised. I also had to scoop out the hot tub myself before I could use it.

deposit charge for possible damages (el deposito de $50.00 dls , que aun no me hacen la devolucion) the hotel haven´t made the devolution for this deposit On two ocassion they desactivated my key of my room ( que se desactivaron por dos ocasiones mi llave durante mi estancia)

I usually don’t make any reviews but we had a great time . The room were very affordable & the room looks so expensive but it’s worth every penny . We were on the ninth floor and the view was nice 😊. We also had two queen beds that were so soft . Everything was perfect for our one year anniversary. I will return . Also all the food places and entertainment is so close .

The hotel was very close from the airport. Only 10 min away from downtown area by car. Receptionist agents were friendly and helpful. They made everything easy and professional. Restaurant food were fantastic. The room was clean and comfy. Free parking and wifi worked well. Thank you so much, I will be back soon.

The welcoming staff and willingness to help our family feel at home for nothing I return, from the breakfast server , front desk and bartender , they all were great!!! Humberto(breakfast server) was very kind and helpful, people at the front desk and they gave us ideas where to visit.

Upon check in the staff was amazing !! The rooms were very clean & comfortable beds. Housekeeping had no problem with bringing extra towels if needed, best part check out was at 12PM

The entrance is kinda tricky coming off of the freeway it’s really easy to pass up but they was a side street that brought you back around

Our stay was amaizing and will definitely come back. The receptionist reveived us with a cheerful and kind smile, as well as helping with our accommodations. Rooms are clean and has plenty of space to settle in, and lastly the server named Karen was a pleasure to be around with and made breakfast all around marvelous.
