Clean and comfortable bed. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

They have a big room in the lobby that is unused. They could offer just a simple continental breakfast. At this time the only thing they offer is coffee in the lobby. Rooms don't have coffee makers. Also, there is no bottled water in the vending machine. And water out of the faucet is undrinkable!

We got to the island 8-9 hours early from check in and wandered around the island as long as we could but we’re exhausted from an 8 hour drive, we went to the hotel a little after 2pm to find out if we could check in early if we paid extra, and to our delight, he didn’t charge us to check in early! You can’t imagine the extra happiness and comfort that gave us to just have a place to land a few minutes early. He was very friendly, was always outside checking on guests, was very pleasant and kind and it felt very safe. Great location, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. It made our stay so much more pleasant having a nice hotel to relax in. And the price was so affordable and gave us an extra cushion on slurging on our trip instead of paying outrageous hotel fees.

Wished it had a beach front, but wasn’t a problem as it’s literally seconds away from the water on both sides of the road. We truly had no complaints!

It was close to the beach and clean.

I picked the wrong week to go, it was spring break drunk people knocking on the door 3a.m to a room one night and had to call front desk and finally got some quiet the next night seemed someone had a DJ on back of a truck in parking lot around 4 a.m called front office they were helpful to get the party to turn it down.

Everything was good. Location, clean room, didn't do breakfast.

The night front desk lady (Melissa) was very rude when it came to parking permits. She wanted to charge us $25 for an extra vehicle. MY boat and truck was parked outside the property and she was arguing that it was her property. Finally she said a couple of rude comments and filled out another parking pass with the same plates as my truck. SMH, don't know, maybe she was having a bad day.

I loved the front desk manager who greeted me as I walked in. She was super polite and friendly...made me feel welcome and at home. Also, it's a great location!!! A lot of nearby clubs and restaurants within walking distance.

The only thing that could've been better is to have a coffee machine in each room. However, I know it's not necessary considering the front office makes it every day for their guests...and who really wants hotel room coffee when they're on an island with great coffee houses around every corner?

The property was exceptional and clean. We were worried about the cleanliness due to the bad reviews, but we’re pleasantly surprised! We didn’t even have to use the extra bed sheets that we brought. It was also in a great location where we could walk to everything.

The beds and pillows weren’t the comfiest, but it was not bad at all! I would definitely stay here again!

We had just experienced a horrendous experience with Suites at Sunchase where the front desk representative was awful. Then we walked into the Lighthouse Inn and Aldo was there to greet us, keep in mind it was late, with a warm smile and a kind attitude. He was very informative and allowed me to vent about our previous experience. He was truly an upstanding guy, and we are so thankful.

The room was bleak and cold, nothing felt warm and inviting. While it is a hotel room, there still should be a feel of being "at home". The sheets were rough, and course and the walls were screaming for color or pictures of some sort.

The grounds are well maintained. it appeared clean & bright. the room was very basic but clean and comfortable.

the walls are paper thin. the towels are barely towels, almost threadbare they’re so thin. The bed covering was more like a sheet than a blanket and there were no extra blankets, pillows or coffee in the room.

Good customer service 👍. very clean and friendly environment. Room was very nice and so was the pool. Plenty of parking and close to the building.

The room was very clean & neat. Smaller than looked in photos but was still a good size. When checking in service was wonderful & made sure we knew what was around the island & beach accesses, restaurants, etc.

The beds were great just harder than used to.
