Pool is great, but some of the tiles are damaged. For the price, you can't beat this place.

Parking lot is a long walk to the buildings.

after driving 15 hours and making there , we had to wait 6 more hours just to get check in our room whn we already paid

It was a nice location.

That you still have to rent the recliners on the beach, it would have been nice to use them free of charge since no one was using them and it was a slow weekend.

Staff and faculty were super helpful and greeting. Hospitality was 100%

Spa and resort music playing outside was a little overwhelming, like loud. Especially if you’re trying to sleep in the nighttime.. we ask staff to lower it down so we could sleep. I’m guessing the walls are real thin, so noise and voices can really be heard from the ground level.. we were on the 3rd floor..

Location, great spot to see the sun rise over the Gulf of Mexico. You can take a leisurely walk from your room to the beach, at night, the sand crabs will welcome you to the shore line as you hear the waves and watch the stars. Fantastic over all. But, that’s just my opinion 😁.

for such a big place and at the price point, there was no breakfast, other than that overall was a great experience.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast included in the price was not that great. Our 3 bedroom suite could use some new window treatments, new sliding doors to go to the patio (it was very hard to open and close them) and some space to have a grill. Location is good and the pool is big.

No space to have a grill or have any cook out.

a bellboy named Beto or Roberto was the HIGHLIGHT of my stay. he was helpful the entire stay from the moment i got there from helping pack my bags to ensuring he made it known that he was a helping hand. i was very grateful because he was the only one who was willing to help so make sure to tell him from room 204 that we are very thankful!

i felt like there could’ve been more renovations to the building the laundry room smelled…

Booking.com did not advertize the property as they should have but the hotel made it right. Exceptional service from the manager to make sure we were comfortable after the disappointment with Booking.com.

Everything was amazing!! From location, to staff, to rooms & a bonus they even have a complimentary washer and dryer on 2nd floor for guests to utilize while there. Overall a 20/20 this will be our stay location anytime we visit. Definitely RECOMMEND

the reception area was small and all the employees were clocking in at the same time we were there. they were loud and right next to us. looked ghetto and unprofessional. in the rooms, the beds were hard and very basic. didn’t feel luxe
