Scottish Inn and Suites Tomball

The room was clean, the building was clean. The beds were a bit comfy. They do have smoking rooms and the room we were in was facing the parking lot so we could watch for door dash and check up on our car.

The guy that checked is in looked mad, talked to me in very short sentences like he was mad. The pillows were very flat and not comfy, I'm disabled and there were only stairs. We found a roach climbing up the bathroom wall. The AC unit blew cool and luke warm air, not cold or hot . The water was very soft and the water pressure was bad, a 15 minute shower took 45 minutes. The little dorm fridge wasn't that cold and the freezer was totally frozen over so it couldn't be used.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of lighting. Firm bed. No carpet.

None of these were present in the room: iron, coffee, coffee maker, no blankets, I suppose you bring your own. The frig was unplugged or broken, to tired to check. Sink is right by the main door. The shampoo and soaps are less than subpar.

Well managed and spotless, served it’s purpose well for the price and convenient location to Renaissance Faire in Magnolia Tx

only issue was have to take stairs to second floor no elevator available but it is only two stories tall not much to gripe about.

No provision of cash machine and the location from the centre of Houston and no nearby supermarket

The rooms were clean and the staff was nice and friendly. They accommodated with me need for a first floor room fue to using crutches.

It takes a very long time for the water to get hot. Also the loud talking echos through the halls.

Good coffee in the lobby area, room service on request, friendly staff able to answer all of my questions, there was no drama there, all was much appreciated! The good of this place outweighs the bad by far :)

The hot water would go out sometimes, I didn't understand it.

I have stayed in hotel for 400-500 a night . This hotel was less than 50 and yet it was infinitely better. This hotel is out of this world. Its so good you will want to stay here and make it your home, front desk was super nice , friendly , smiling to me . Good stay . good memory . Everything looks like its brand new, everything. Thank You .

We liked the location since it was close to the highway. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The young lady who checked us in at the front desk was very pleasant and got us checked in quickly.

The room lights were so bright. It would be much better if the lights by the bed were dim.

I'm waiting for my apartment to be ready. I've stayed here before. It's quite, clean and all staff is absolutely wonderful!! I just wish they had a coffee machine in the room!!!

I asked that the cleaning lady NOT open the curtain in my room yet they consist did.
