Red Roof Inn Houston - Willowbrook

The host is very nice and accommodating. We arrived earlier and called the host to see if we could check in at 2pm. He immediately said it was OK. The host is very responsive when I locked myself outside. He quickly provided a new code and later came to check with the lock. The location is very nice, about 20 min. walk to the Falls and 15 min. to restaurants (many choices).

People and pets on the floor above could be noisy at times. Also, there were noises like pipe knocking (later we suspected that could be heating pipe noises when operating) in a few occasions (we stayed for 10 days).

This place was wonderful! Traveling alone with my daughter can be scary. Mike at the front desk was beyond kind in getting us their last room, and helping me to confirm a second night even though his end said they were booked. I felt completely safe at this location, well lit, cameras. The room was cleaner than the Hilton we had booked the night before. I didn't catch the ladies names who were servicing the rooms in the mornings, but she was very kind! I would definitely stay here again and suggest to anyone looking for a 5 star clean and safe hotel. Bonus...the price was perfectly affordable! Thank you so much for making our trip!

The room was very clean & comfortable beds. The parking lot was great with good lighting. Great coffee ☕ Wonderful customer service. Restaurants nearby and very easy to get to the location. They are pet friendly and it's free for pets to stay. 😁 Very thankful, we didn't have to travel in bad weather.

The manager Ray was AMAZING. My husband and I are pilot car escorts and we stay at red roof often because of their pet policy... we have 2 dogs. This property only excepts one, (understandable because some people dont have respect for property) I told him I would have to cancel, he graciously made a exception. We ended up staying two night. Thank you 😊

I loved everything else about this property including that they accept pets without any extra charge and the rooms were very clean and very well done. The beds were very comfortable in the rooms were modern. This was probably my most comfortable stay at a hotel besides home 2 suites by Hilton. Also we loved all of the recess lights. We were running from a hurricane and we felt very safe out here.

The only thing I didn't like is that there is nothing elevator to take you upstairs.

Very clean. Property seems new, grounds are super clean and safe. Rooms were impeccably clean. I’ve stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels and this hotel was comparably clean.

Perhaps consider adding a vending machine for snacks. Another suggestion would be to dim the hallway lights a bit at night. Even with the curtains closed, the lights were so bright that they were shining into the room from the sides of the curtains.

Very clean and new. Desk staff friendly.

Minimal room amenities for the price. Very humid room. Lighting poor, too close to highway noise.

The overnight gentleman was so courteous and helpful. Everything was very clean and managed very well.

the distance from downtown is a little long, but the accommodations are worth the drive

I would like to say all of the staff was exceptional from check in to check out, and the rooms were very clean I felt safe and comfortable very cozy location

I loved the location. It was a nice peaceful area.

The top sheet had a visible stain on it. Not enough parking spaces near room, I had to park pass the office both nights
