Palace Inn Blue Tomball Parkway

I wish we had found this place earlier. It's an excellent deal with no major drawbacks. Clean and spacious rooms, quick check-in, and responsive staff. They had good wifi and a nice work space in our room. Coffee is ready along with a continental breakfast bright and early.

If you like to watch t.v. you are out of luck. Almost all of the channels are either Christian or selling something. Pretty lame for downtime. There's nowhere to walk to for entertainment nearby so you will have to drive.

The room was very clean and spacious, and the fact that there was a stove on the kitchen threw me off in a good way. The fridge is quite a strong one because it freezes and keeps everything quite cold. The staff in both the lobby and housekeeping were so nice and helpful. Housekeeping came everyday to ask if I needed cleaning/refills of toiletries. Overall, the stay was great.

Breakfast could've been better. The only things there were muffins, sweet pastries, and cereal. But it didn't really become a big deal because there's a stove where I can make my breakfast! Also, the showerhead couldn't maintain a position for too long and it has bumped my head several times. I did eventually find a position to maintain it so I could shower without showering the rest of the bathroom.

It was very quite and the people was so nice and very helpful you could not stay anywhere like this place most people anit nice like the palace inn Blue they was very nice and friendly people I have ever been to one motel in Houston that they was very nice I have been to three motels around here the Wingate they ways very nosie and they don't have any thing like the palces inn Blue has they have breakfast here for real and it is real nice and quite so if you won't a good motel to go to check in with the palces inn Blue at 18935 Tomball parkway and 249

There was Nothing that I didn't like

I liked the staff and the rooms were quite roomy. The bed was done well, cleaned and big. The room stayed cold during the hot weather and had no issues with the bathroom or kitchen. Over all we enjoyed our time greatly for our one night stay.

Location is kinda weird but there's not much you can do about that. When we first arrived there was no towels in our room. We requested some and took off from the hotel for our night out. When we arrived back we still had no towels. Went to the front office and the staff were very kind and gave me some straight from the laundry. So it turned out alright.

Nice area, building and rooms are well kept, wonderful restaurant right next door, and well lit parking lot. Room was comfortable.

Bed was a little hard for me (I have back issues), my husband said the same. I don’t believe it was an issue the previous times I stayed. If the bed was more comfortable, my rating would be a complete 10/10. The water pressure is low on the second floor, not sure about the first.

I really liked how clean it was. The bed was very comfortable and it was a very pretty room. I liked that it had cable with many channels to choose from. I also loved that there was coffee and snacks available 24/7. The room looked much more expensive then what I paid for it.

I really have no complaints. I loved everything about it.

Very clean, new, loved the kitchenette! I like that their was not carpet.

The only downfall was that the outlets near the beds only work if the main light is on. I use my phone as my alarm, and needed it to be plugged up near me. The only way I could charge my phone as I slept was to keep the main light on. Seeing that I was extremely tired it didn't bother me too much, but if you cannot sleep with the light on it might be a problem.

Loved that it was like a mini suite, dining area with a small table and two chairs, desk and chair, refrigerator, microwave and really nice bathroom with tub and shower. Could have stayed weeks comfortably.

Loved everything but housekeeping had forgotten to stock the hanging towels and toilet paper was low.

Issue with house keepers taking some of my property. I spoke with management I wasn’t gonna make an issue about it because it was from a previous stay and also had an-issue with housekeeping with language Barrier an then I look up and on the site they r not accepting my reservations

staff very helpful, room nice and spacious, surprisingly quiet for highway proximity, very clean, parking convenient in front of building.

still road noise as expected, but actually air conditioning unit was louder, also could fridge have been quieter. Kitchen without hot water kettle / toaster or any dishes / cutlery etc.
