Property was in a fantastic location. Receptionist allowed us to check in early and was super friendly. Parking was free. Rooms were clean. Hotel was very clean. Price was very affordable.

Honestly nothing major to say here. Hotel was a little dated with the decor but still very comfortable and clean.

Clean yet very welcoming : ) Although this is not a new hotel, it is well taken care of and very clean. They loved to see the kids giggle and have fun and were very friendly and prompt if we needed a towel or something small like that : ) The staff was very friendly and quick to respond to questions or requests : ) I think the price and AMAZING LOCATION were top notch and would most likely go back : )

COVID - has made a huge impact on what services can be offered so def a negative but not toward the hotel and its extra services that will most likely be resumed when allowed - I would have loved to try the Bistro food and have heard wonderful things about it so will have to stay there again later on down the road to try it out : )

I initially booked for two queen beds through a third party and was assigned a king size bed at check-in however, Amanda at the front desk made it right without any extra charges. This is what I call exceptional customer service which was greatly appreciated. We were able to hang out downstairs with our family and friends and the front desk person was very accommodating by providing us with a tray of ice for our drinks.

The location for this hotel was perfect and easy to get to. We enjoyed having the river walking path across the street and we were close to the downtown restaurants. Room was nice, glad to have a fridge to keep our leftovers/treats. The staff all were pleasant.

The bathrooms seemed a bit dated although I know they've been updated. I did like having a nice size shower. But the toilet didn't work correctly. Breakfast wasn't much: sugary pre-packaged pastries, fruit and yogurt. I know it's Covid but still having a hot option with protein would've been nice.

We booked on the weekend before the Triathlon. We tried to book a room which gave us an upstairs room. The woman at the desk said there were none. The second day I asked her again and she said no other rooms were available. The day manager showed her the proper way to look, and there was one on the first floor, so we moved. Thank the Lord. <><

Changing rooms where we had a balcony. Not the end of the world, though.

Pool was nice. Personnel were friendly & helpful. Good location.

Mattress sagged a bit. I reserved two rooms with queen beds & pull-out couch, but only one room had the pull-out couch. Unfortunately, our visiting daughter & her family got the room without, so their five-year-old daughter had to share their bed.

The location was perfect. Near the Park and walking distance from great food. Also, a great place to stay if the Silo’s at Magnolia Market are on the list of adventure’s. Clean and Comfy room’s. On-site parking was never an issue.

Bed’s could be better. I like a soft bed. These are more on the firm side of the spectrum.

From the curb appeal as we drove in to the cute sofa in our room, we loved it all!

My ONLY "criticism" of our entire experience is that the hallway on the 3rd floor was almost stifling it was so hot!! We were at the opposite end from the elevator and our walk was HOT!!!

Very nice area, Staff was very friendly and helpful!!! Loved Waco!!!! And the extra little tip to see The Elvis House which is an airBNB was fun since we had gone to Graceland a week before!!!
