The door key didn’t work on several occasions. My husband walked directly from the office to our room with the card in his hand, after getting it re-magnetized, and it didn’t work. So it wasn’t because of something we were doing.

It’s close to my job at Baylor. Rooms are quick to access. The rooms are quiet, I never hear noise from any other guests. I love that it has a fridge. The room is nice, seems to have been updated and the staff is friendly.
I don’t like the soap at all! It’s bad. All I can think of is puma with stone meets candle wax meets soap. The thin cover over the blanket seems a bit weird. That’s it! I had a wonderful stay. Will probably choose again.
