Residence Inn by Marriott Waco

The breakfast was fine; nothing out of the ordinary but served it's purpose. The workout amenities were limited but sufficient. The grounds were in excellent condition and the room was fantastic. Oversized, comfortable, and clean. All staff was friendly, but should learn a little more about the immediate surroundings.

Outside of the hotel's control, but the nearby road construction was inconvenient. Otherwise, all was great.

The customer service was great I didn’t have any complaints. I would definitely go again me and my guests enjoyed our stay. We all had fun and it was worth the trip. We didn’t even want to leave. Money well spent 😉

I felt like everything was good as it was no complaints. The room was clean customer service is great and I enjoyed my time. I will definitely come back and I might be able to stay a little bit longer.

I think the mattress in the pull out couch was broken because it had an incline to it. Also, maybe clean the hallway carpets, they are obviously dirty. Other than that, overall stay was great and staff was friendly and accommodating

Breakfast was warm and fresh. Eggs and bacon or sausage. Yogurt and oatmeal with fixings. Coffee with flavored creamer. Fruit. Waffles. And more...

The road was under construction but didn't cause much noise just inconvenience.

The size of the room, the common area, front desk gal/night shift was absolutely awesome - if I had a business I would try to hire her away. TVs great, streaming, etc. AC great, too ! Counter tops in kitchen and bath. GREAT mattress. Sooo much space! Plenty of Seating, GREAT desk w/ergonomic chair and natural lighting, 2 closets, actual bathroom cabinets and drawers, ample drawer space in dresser and night stands, king bed plus pull out couch and chaise for sleeping. Updated light fixtures - over all great vibe. I love the 1/2 court basketball and surrounding neighborhood. Felt safe to walk around, etc. Bathroom VERY clean, looks never used. Ironing board and iron seem unused - very nice! Glass shelves at vanity SUPER for keeping things within reach and counter top uncluttered.

Hallways need pain or fresh carpet - seem old. Stained linens 🤢🤢🤢 Dining chairs nasty and falling apart 😣😣(which I just don’t get bc everything else was nice?!) Little to no stock in the mini-mart (no Coca Cola, no uncaffeinated soda), shelves mostly bare. Carpet in room gross and frayed, front door of room dirty on the inside and out at the handle

All the staff were very nice, made you feel welcomed, were very helpful, friendly, professional. Clean rooms, spacious, updated. Great location to the university and main downtown attractions.

Needs a new backboard to the basketball hoop.

The location was excellent! Feel like we lucked out -- could walk to downtown and across the river to popular restaurant. Decent breakfast with precautions for COVID. Staff pretty much wore masks...which gave me comfort. Upgraded room on first floor was appreciated.

Egg - thing for breakfast. Not sure what to call it. But other offerings were fine and good coffee.

Room was nice and well maintained

Wish the AC in the room could’ve been a little colder at night for sleeping but overall it was fine.

The location is perfect for those visiting Magnolia Silos. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space was a nice place to relax at the end of a busy day.

I would have enjoyed a little more variety at breakfast. My husband is gluten free so it’s often hard for us, not your fault. It was hard to get in to the property because of the road construction, but again, not their fault.

The size of the rooms and that is was stocked with everything we needed!!

I was not a big deal but they charged $3 parking fee!?!?!
