Best Western Holiday Hills

This was a lovely place to stay just off main highway. I walked (carefully) across the freeway overpass and found a charming Main Street with an old courthouse. A rails to trails path led me to the reservoir and beyond. I got my steps in and it was beautiful. I returned to a sound and quiets night sleep. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the common area was inviting.

I wouldn’t stay the staff provided a welcome wagon but they did their job efficiently and I have no complaints.

The facility was clean and well decorated, breakfast included warm and cold options and there were several tables to eat. The pool area was very nice and wish we had the time to go for a swim. Room was clean and comfortable, had a good nights sleep.

Nothing, enjoyed our stay! Would stay here again.

General condition of the hotel was clean and beautiful. Staff were great. My dog loved it too! Breakfast was good.

Arrived at 7:30 and there was nothing on the food list in the lobby available to buy, just chips and pop. No supper for me. The fridge was totally empty and the restaurants were already closed..

The staff person that day was wonderful. I had opened the back window on my truck that A.M. It would not go back up. She gave me the name of a place that would do the work. I called him. He had the part by the next morning and I was on my way by noon. Her help was very much appreciated.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! Very upbeat, happy overnight staff! Even with the time difference in the morning the staff was still sitting up breakfast but was super friendly and went ahead and let the kids get something to eat!! This is one of the best hotels that have really made us feel very welcomed! Thanks too the staff even though this was a last minute check in if I’m ever back this way and need a place to stay this will definitely will be it!!!

We loved the 24/7 Hot Tub and Pool. The room was clean and spacious. We liked being close to Park City, but not in the hustle-bustle. The outside felt intimidated, but the inside was clean and well-decorated.

The beds were uncomfortable. We woke up with sore necks and backs. The price was about ten dollars more than what we were quoted online. I wish there had been a fitness center.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was also very good. We had a very positive stay.

There was a funny smell on the first floor one day we were there. I believe it was coming from a garbage, but it was gone the next day

Check-in staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast staff was very attentive and had wide variety of offerings.

Check-out was very busy, as there were a lot of guests leaving at the same time. Unable to get a bell cart to help transfer luggage from the room to the car as a result.

I did not like my original room, but the really efficient, wonderful front desk person was able to give me a suite and after that everything was awesome

I was driving a 15' U-Haul with a 12' auto transport attached and the parking situation for such a thing could have been better...

The breakfast was amazing, we were very happy to see a full service breakfast buffet again. We loved that the pool/hot tub were in service and 24/7! The lobby was nice and clean.

The rooms had a little bit of a dingy smell. The shower also made an awful screeching sound while in use. But the water was nice and hot with great water pressure. Overall, very satisfied.
