Best Western Red Hills

The room was big enough for the 4 of us. Enough space for all the cars in the free parking space. Kanab is a small nice village, around 1 hour drive in average to Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon and Zion, that we visited. For me, its location is a 10.

The room has carpet, what I find bad for cleanless, and is outdated, looks old, needs some more modern touch. The breakfast wasn't enough "natural", too processed. Plates and dishes only for 1 use, not proper ones. Even in the US I was expecting something better in such a small village. The air condition in the breakfast was put at a too low temperature making it unconfortable.

We liked our stay here. Room was big, comfortable and quiet. We had a "take a break day" and used the swimming pool and it was good. Breakfast was really good. Kanab is nice little city with a lot of history. However our day off was on a Sunday and most stores werr closed so we didn't get a chance to go souvenir shopping like we wanted.

A few minor maintenance things like the sink didn't drain properly, one light was burned in the washroom and the desk lamp switch didn't work. However they were minor and didn't affect our stay here. Told them about it when we left so they know and can do the repairs for the next guests.

The staff

The bed was like sleeping on a rock. Found dead riaches too.

Breakfast was A+++ The lady who was in charge of breaky was on top of it! Kept food stocked and great coffee. Best free hotel breakfast I've had. Staff was incredibly friendly. Especially Porter at front desk and breakfast host. Hot tub is fantastic!

Rooms are slightly dated, but beds are comfortable.

After driving for hours and being exhausted, we finally made it, and it was easy to find. Right off the main road in Kunab. We walked into lobby to be greeted right away with friendly staff, was checked in within minutes, and up to the room. Rooms were super clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom(extra bonus for the shower head being taller). The morning after, walked down, and the breakfast was amazing! So many options, tons of seating to social distance, overall a great stay!

The only things I didn’t like, was, it was super busy this night, and so parking lot was full, and had to park a little further than I wanted.

Great location as a base camp to explore Zion and Bryce. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Nice pool and large breakfast area with a nice choice for your breakfast and a small gaming arcade. Large clean rooms.

Nothing to say about the hotel, but go have dinner early. Once the sun sets everything is closed in Kanab.

Freshly upgraded room, good size, very clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast too. Kanab Utah is a beautiful town and plenty to see and do. Usually we travel through here with our travel trailer but we'll be staying here again when we take the car. Pleasantly surprised.

Only con are the very narrow parking spaces, don't seem to be enough for the quantity of rooms and they're jammed in closely together.

Exceeded our expectations! The room was so clean and big. They had a great game room, workout room and the pool/ hot tub were perfect. Breakfast was amazing! And it's right in the middle of food and shopping! We didn't have time but there's some great hiking spots super close as well. We'll def be back!

Our room was spacious and well stocked with plenty of towels for our family. The beds were very comfy and the heater heated our room very quickly. It was cold outside! The breakfast was wonderful! So many motels are giving a granola bar bag but our breakfast at Red Hills had hot and cold items, including wonderful waffles, yogurt, cereal, breads for toast, boiled eggs and more! Way to overachieve!!

There really wasn't anything lacking about our room or our breakfast - it was all wonderful and we will definitely return. We've stayed before so we are repeat customers!!

The beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was awesome.

The only bad thing was the room smelled a little musty. And there is no way to open the windows to get fresh air in.
