the air conditioner made some nose and the water pressure was not good at all for the shower and the toilets. Also there was odor come from the drains

We were there 4 days . You advertise breakfast from 6-9am. We got eggs 1 day. You were out of the main thing , coffee and eggs everyday. >Im jkust saying if your hotel if full of guests,u need to have MORE than the norm. You need to have someone check every 30 mins to see what you need and replenish the main items espesially the main breakdfast.

Location was perfect. Only 7 mins away from where I had to be. In and out access was perfect.

I originally paid for my 2 day stay online. Upon arrival front desk made me pay AGAIN and cancelled my original online reservation/payment. Cancellation and reinbursement take DAYS to show back in my account. Never did I ever have an issue like this before. 4 days prior to this reservation I stayed at San Diego La Quinta and they didnt have to cancell my online payment. Great customer service came from night manager/front desk clerk.

Right off I-15 and easy to get to as long as you're in the correct lane. The room and breakfast were very standard but good, bed was comfortable, the staff was nice.

Prices online do not include a pet fee and is $25 per pet, not a huge deal, but would have been nice to know up-front

Average breakfast but good!

No benches outside to sit and enjoy the nice evenings! Beautiful area with mountains around should have an area where you can sit out and enjoy the mountain breeze!

I appreciated the hot breakfast but missed the breakfasts that would have been offered before COVID. Waffles with bacon or sausage would have made it even better. Also, liked the swimming pool was open for use by reservation only. In essence, I had my own private pool to use.

The swimming pool was a little too cold; the jacuzzi was inoperable; and I had to turn the lights on for myself every morning, in the pool room. Someone came in and mopped while I was swimming which made the chemical smells very strong. Please clean before your patron enters to swim and have the lights already turned on, next time. The vending machines didn’t offer bottled water for sale and was limited in other items of interest.

Overall a great stay, comfortable room, clean and comfortable bed. The area was close to other restaurants and places. They did have a pool and hot tub but I never used it.

Breakfast could have been better with more selection and that they didn't charged a dog fee per night for my dog.

Customer service was excellent -guest service associate was very accommodating in letting my grandsons go swimming and stay with me; that made them very happy; room was clean; breakfast was very good.

Nothing I didn't like really - I couldn't find the shampoo at first, then I found later (it had fallen over); water pressure could have been a little better in the shower - of course that could be related to the drought

The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful getting my reservation switched over at last minute notice because I had accidentally booked the wrong date. Rooms were clean and comfy, pool and hottub were nice. Breakfast was decent.

Room was very nice, the bed was super comfortable. Shawn at the desk was very very nice!

There was a noise from the AC and I pulled out the filters... clogged with pet hair!! I told Shawn about it, he said the maintenance man cleans filters on Tuesday. No reason housekeeping couldn't rinse the filters between guests. I was awakened at 4am by loud motorcycle. The location needs soundproof windows.
