Residence Inn by Marriott Provo

The staff. I dealt with three different front desk personnel and two different drivers while staying at the property. Everyone was kind and courteous. Next, cleanliness. I'd say this was probably one the cleanest places I have stayed at. Next, facilities. Top notch! I had everything I could ask for in the room (ironing board, microwave, plates, fridge etc.). Even the TV channel selection was great! Next courtesy shuttle. I can't tell you how many hotels out there under appreciate the value of providing a courtesy shuttle. This was one of the primary reasons I booked at the hotel and it was a major convenience for me especially since I traveling for work.

The bathroom. Drainage in the sink and the tub was painstakingly slow. I told the staff after checkout so they'd have someone fix it. The toilet seat was too small and often uncomfortable for a big guy like me.

Our amazing experience at this Marriott property is owed almost entirely to Sydney who was working the front desk alone when my wife and I arrived. She greeted us kindly and asked how we were doing. I told her “not good”. We needed extraordinary help and she rose to the occasion. But not just that; she didn’t make us feel bad or guilty about what we were asking. She was gracious and treated us with dignity and respect. She was even able to seamlessly help another guest check-in whilst helping us. We also owe a debt of gratitude to housekeeping, maintenance, and to whomever hired Sydney. The property is immaculate. Every detail in the room is perfect. Every light worked. Every outlet worked. The key card worked. The carpet was clean enough to walk barefoot. There was no smell in the room. I could keep going but let me just highlight one more thing. In our kitchenette, there are salt and pepper shakers. And inside of the shakers there were packets or salt and packets of pepper. I didn’t think this was classy at first but then I thought about how we normally find these items: salt all clumped up speckled with rice and pepper old as dirt sitting out in its own dust. This way we can empty the brand new packets into pristine shakers. We love this place and wish we could stay longer. This is our go to in Provo.

The location is very convenient, close to a lot of places to eat. The room in comfortable and clean. I like the idea of kitchen and big fridge in the room. The bathroom is clean and roomy. The swimming pool is not that big but its very clean. The Breakfast is amazing and a lot of choices. Most of all the staff are very nice and friendly. would definitely stay here again.

There is a very strong smell in the room as soon as we enter, it smelt like food that the previous guess had eaten. The smell did not go away the whole time we were there.

WITH FEW GOOD CHOICES FOR A BETTER QUALITY HOTEL NEAR BYU THIS IS A GOOD PLACE TO STAY AT A FAIR PRICE. ON A ROAD TRIP AND HAD TO DO LAUNDRY. GOOD FACULITIES BUT AT A COST-$2 PER WASH AND $2 PER DRY. VERY NICE INDOOR POOL TO SWIM IN WHILE DOING LAUNDRY.

HAD THE SAME TYPE OF BREAKRAST CHOICES AS OTHER GOOD HOTELS BUT DONE POORLY. OFFERED EGGS BUT WERE GONE AND NOT REPLACED. SMALL FRIG HOLDING MILK, YOUERTS, ETC WAS SET TOO COLD AND ALL WERE FROZEN. CEREAL DISPENSERS DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. MAYBE THE POOREST BREAKFAST I HAD IN 3 WEEK TRIP.

the staff was friendly and accommodating, My room was clean and extremely spacious, there was easy access to the WiFi and breakfast was filling with a wide variety of delicacies. I will definitely tell my friends and family about booking,com and Residence Inn in Provo

I was completely satisfied. if i had to complain anything it would be that my room was so comfortable I had a hard time getting up early for my morning workout

Loved the location and the size of the room. Breakfast was great with a good selection. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable!

No real comment, except if I had to come up with something there was a stain on the sofa. And because it was Education Week we could not find a place to park one night when we got back from the concert.

loved the spacious room! Beautifully decorated and laid out. Wow! Location was great. The linens and toiletries were very good. tv .. top notch. Front desk.. sweet, helpful and professional. Got a good rate… great value. Nice stream I back which I walked along. All was almost perfect.

Hands down the worst breakfast in our month of traveling! The waffles were pre-made and very hockey puck like. Heavy, cold with no flavor. Were the sausage patties boiled?? Eggs, ugh. Would anyone in management eat this stuff??? Guessing not.. It’s all bad. The coffee was very strong and they ran out of orange juice. Muffins were old and tasteless. . Thank heavens for Frosted Flakes and milk. Such a perfect room and service! Then this breakfast???! What a let down.

The accommodations were comfortable, very clean, and spacious. We had a king suite so it had a large fridge, stove top and dishwasher, plus a couch. The bedroom had a king sized bed that was very comfortable. The breakfast was great- quiche, fresh blueberries, plus the usual scrambled eggs, sausage etc. We will definitely come back!

I stayed in a room with kitchen. and was well stocked with stuff to make food for 2.

that they didn’t have any maps available. later I found out, at breakfast talking to Robyn that the maps are in the laundry room. not sure why, if I didn’t speak about it, the front desk would never said to be to get the maps there.

The Wi-Fi went out on the first day of our two day stay. Never came back on! Had to drive to Starbucks to complete business meetings. One of the washing machines was piped up backwards... hot was cold. Clothes shrank a little.
