Everyone & everything was great

Had some trouble with TV ..wrong time always so programming off on guide ..not big deal for us but mentioned to front desk so they knew ..sent person to fix & that’s where issue came ..there for 1.5 hrs until I said just put back to how was ..couldn’t ..really frustrating at that point ..finally new TV brought in & I could do my work call (that I had to set off)

Staying in Provo can sometimes be such a disappointment with the hotel choices. The new Residence Inn South is just the cure. The suites are spacious and beds are comfortable. The bathroom is also roomy with lots of light. The kitchen area has everything you need. The location has lots of restaurants and places to walk to. I can’t rave enough about this place!

Since it is off University, there is some traffic noise.

The people who work there, the manager Craig. The room was great and everything was very clean and we will stay there again. We had trouble with our reservation through Booking.com and Craig was able to help us with it. We will call the hotel for reservations next time.

Breakfast wasn't what I expected it was advertised as a hot breakfast but everything was wrapped and wasn't the best. The oatmeal was great and the lady who took care of everything did a great job. We were thinking more Waffles, Scrambled eggs real bacon or sausage.

Rooms are good size always clean staff are nice!

I have stayed at this location twice and the first time our bed was extremely comfortable this time the bed was not both my husband and i were sore when we woke up. Other than that the only other thing is the doors slam extremely loud if you forget to slowly let them close.

The property was fine. The breakfast was OK, though major props for having iced coffee!

Unfortunately, the building is noisy. The doors slammed in the hallways and the sound of people walking above us was pretty loud.

I loved how the room looked and it had plenty of space. Loved how it had a mini kitchen with everything you need.

I really didn't like the breakfast. It did had different options to choose, but the taste of it wasn't my favorite

The pool was broken when we arrived. There was no notification when we booked the property. They did give us passes to a pool at the city. It was nice but not the same and my kids were disappointed.

they have really nice studio rooms, equipped with everything you need. Everything was super clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable.

only wish that there was a outdoor pool but the indoor pool is enjoyable too

Everything about this place was beyond expectations great room great location and the cleanliness of the room was beyond any other I stayed at and yes I will definitely be staying here again

What I didn’t like was that I couldn’t stay any longer than I wanted to

Great bathroom layout, spacious. Very comfortable bed with several regular size pillows. Not giant slabs of foam. Most in room coffee is so bad that I carry and use Starbucks Via instant . Real coffee here in normal coffee maker and real mugs. Nice kitchen so if you want a healthy meal you can get one. All.kinds of food places close by. All in all great.
