Hines Mansion

Very interesting, old mansion in the heart of Provo. It's been remodeled into various themed rooms. The ground floor room we stayed in was the only one that had a combo spa tub and shower. This property does well with younger guests celebrating their weddings and anniversaries. Breakfast and amenities were very good. We stayed one night passing through so we can't comment on area attractions.

If you are a senior or person with impaired mobility, this isn't the place for you. Otherwise, we'd stay here again.

A better question would be what didn’t I like! Everything was amazing, thorough detail to ambiance, big comfy bed, the spa in the room was a hit. The breakfast and owners were especially nice. I wish I could have stayed longer. At the price we got it, it was a steal and well worth the experience. Thank you

The owners make everyone feel welcome. Breakfasts provided both excellent dishes and enjoyable conversation. Location is within easy walking distance of downtown Provo.

Heating can be a little tricky in wintertime. The retrofitted bathroom facilities in the 19th century house can be a little awkward. Overall, the Mansion is a much better choice for a romantic getaway than for business.

Almost Perfect anniversary B&B. Very comfortable bed. Great theme decorations. Enjoyed the great breakfasts made by terrific staff. Close to Center St which is a great place to walk in the evening. Romantic setting.

In the Secret Garden room, there was no closet or dresser to put clothes in. Also, there was no traditional shower. Only a large jetted tub with a handheld sprayer. This large tub is right in the main room, which isn’t very big. All these issues I consider minor inconveniences compared to the good things about this place.

was a cold night and honestly we were cold in the night even with the heater.. i think the air wasn’t working good

Breakfasts were great and the jacuzzi tub was very relaxing!

More counter space for curling irons etc in bathroom would have been helpful.

I loved the decorations, they had fresh cookies baked for the people staying, the jet tub was awesome and the bed was very comfy!

I was sad there wasn't any tv but they did have movies to pick from which was fun! It was a little awkward to be able to hear the people right next to me as well but overall great time! Would come again!

This Victorian Style home is absolutely terrific, beautiful, comfortable and unique. We have traveled the world and found few jewels so wonderful. The owner of the home goes waaaaay far out of the way to ensure her guests have an exceptional stay. If I could rate this place 500 stars, I would.

Hines Mansion is located only a block away from the main street, but even then it's pretty quiet and safe all around. The breakfast is delicious and different every morning in a nice and surprising way.

Everything was great. No complains.

Breakfast was delicious. Conversation was excellent. Loved meeting Anna and Bekka.

We would have loved to have fresh towels each day.
