Comfort Inn & Suites Orem - Provo

This is my fifth (?) stay here. It is midway between my three girls and their families. University Parkway is a major thoroughfare, and has plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities. It also leads to State St which has even more places to visit. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is delicious, same things every morning, which is fine with me. I needed help with my computer and the TV. Two desk clerks (different nights) came and solved the problems. I requested no housekeeping through my stay, and that was honored. Very nice and friendly people work here.

In the dining room, the plastic forks and spoons should be handle out so that the tines of the forks and the bowls of the spoons are not touched when one is removed. This is literally the only complaint that I had.

Breakfast was ho hum. But breakfast isn't a big priority for me. The yogurt was really good. My husband liked the muffins. I liked the pillows but my husband didn't. The bed was comfortable.

There were only 2 towels in the room. We stayed 3 days and never had maid service. We weren't told there wasn't maid service. We had to ask for another towel at the front desk. There was a big unsightly stain on the curtains. Our TV didn't work when we arrived. I went to the desk to tell them and she chuckled as she said she knew it was broken. We left for a few hours and when we returned there was a different one in our room, which worked fine.

nice facility, comfortable bed, nice breakfast (a second waffle machine would be great) and the staff was SO nice and very responsive to a couple of needs we had.

could not figure out how to use the card reader at the end doors so always needed to come in the front door. I have a dog do I was out quite a bit.

Employees all were above and beyond helpful. The maids awesome, the desk clerks awesome. Close to shopping and pizza hut and electronics / battery store, and Krispy Kreme donuts . The breakfasts - 6:30- 9:30- healthy- fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, muffins, toast, cereals, yogurt, coffees, teas, juices. The three of us were there 6 days. Wonderful experience. I could Live there.🙂

I lost my charger power box. Two maids searched high and low. Very concerned. I found it in my suitcase in my car trunk.

Nice room size and very comfortable bed.

Side door didn't open with room key. Had to wait til another guest saw us trying to get in and opened the door. Breakfast lady was very rude. Just bullied her way in front of you to wipe counter, that wasn't even dirty, or check food. She just glared at you and didn't say a word.. Others said she was rude too. Eggs were cold and sausage were horrible weird taste.

We have stayed here before and is close to where we wanted to be. Easy access to the freeway, is quiet, clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

While it is nice to have doughnuts right next door, it may not be the best when it is national doughnut day and they are giving away free doughnuts...the line of cars made it difficult to access the hotel. Lol.

The hotel was clean, not crowded, perfect handy location close to the airport, and a great value for the price. Everything I come to expect because I consistently get it from Comfort Suites !! Wonderful stay !! We stayed here on our way into Utah and also again the night before our flight out.

Didn't have any issues or complaints except the front desk person often did not answer the phone and when I arrived, another couple was waiting in the lobby for a long time before anyone came to the front desk.

The location was very convenient, just off of interstate 15. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful when asked. The room was comfortable, albeit a bit noisy with the folks upstairs. There was no shampoo or conditioner or lotion in the room. Which makes me wonder about housekeeping but the bed seemed clean. overall it was a great value.

Hello! At the time we went in to get breakfast, there was none left. The breakfast person was not cleaning the area, food all over. There was a person that found her and told her there was no more breakfast. Eggs, sausage,OJ, bread, and other food were empty.

I think the person could come out and clean the counter a bit would have been nice. Also check on the food and keep it filled to satisfy your customer.

Breakfast was standard, wide variety of items,hot sausage and eggs. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Location was very good. Close to BYU and lots of shops and restaurants. I would stay there again.

The pool was closed the whole time we were there. The people at the front desk weren’t very friendly.
