Best Western Plus Airport Inn & Suites

It’s a comfortable hotel in a very nice location close to the airport. The personnel were all friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle only runs once every half hour, and one must reserve in advance. I tried to do so by email, but that didn’t work. I didn’t have a local phone but was able to borrow one from someone in order to get the shuttle. We were only there for about eight or nine hours during a long layover. But then our next flight was delayed until the next day, so fortunately, we were able to go back to our room that we had left. This was very fortunate because all of the hotels were full in the area, and they sent us a shuttle straight away. We were thus able to get a decent sleep for about six or more hours until our flight the next morning. The breakfast was also very good. We further enjoyed the swimming pool.

I chose Best Western + because of its' rates, location and availability of shuttle services. We flew in late at night and needed to get back to the airport the next morning for a rental car. The shuttle was available for both trips; accommodated our late arrival and delivered us safely the next morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the bonus was breakfast in the morning!

I really can't think of a thing. My previous impressions of the Best Western brand had me a little worried about the choice of hotel that evening, but the experience changed my mind positively.

Clean. Had a pool. Offered full breakfast and shuttle service that ran very early to very late. Although I didn’t use the shuttle service or was up and gone to early for breakfast I know that in the future you do offer these services.

I was given an adjoining room which I had to call the front desk to ask them to call that room to quiet them down. Your front desk person apologized for that and took care of the problem. My granddaughter stated the people in the pool got a bit rowdy throwing a football back and forth.

The receptionist that checked us in was very kind and went out of her way to check us in early because I wasn't feeling well. She gave me advice on feeling better and it made me feel very cared about. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and I almost didn't stop eating. Overall I absolutely loved staying at the best Western hotel.

When we went swimming in the pool there were no lights on at the time but it was still during open hours.

The room was comfortable. easy access to freeway, 10 min drive to downtown Salt Lake. The breakfast was the same everyday. eggs, potatoes, fruit, bread options. Good for the price of the room, i wish they had better warmers to keep the food hot.

Our room was located on the 3rd floor, room 335. This room is next door to the complimentary laundry room. I may have missed the sign, but people were washing all hours of the day. Even at 10pm, it was very loud for our room. i believe the walls are thin and their key cards deactivate easily. They key card issue was inconvenient because they need both keys to reset if not the working ones will deactivate once you activate the non working key card.

When in Salt Lake City, Best Western Plus Airport is my go to place to stay. I tried to save a few dollars this trip by staying at the Super 8 nearby. What a disappointment that place was. More like the "Not so" Super 8. I checked out of there after 1 night and fortunately was able to book a room at BW Plus. There is a night and day difference that made my stay in SLC all that much more enjoyable. The swimming pool and the fitness center are very nice and fulfilled my workout needs just fine. I highly recommend BW Plus Airport. It is, by far, the best bang for your buck!

I can't think of a thing that I didn't like about BW Plus Airport.

The front desk staff was very helpful and even looked up directions for me, the breakfast was awesome very well done, the BW was quiet even though it's right next to the airport

The bed was a little too stiff for my wife, also the AC unit fan's constant fan button did not work......remember I said it was quiet, it was almost too quiet I like a fan when I sleep pet pieve of mine, that was the only two things we found wrong

The hotel was close to the airport, which is what we needed flying out of SLC. The pool and spa were very nice. Breakfast had many choices and was good. Exercise room had enough equipment for our needs.

Chairs in the lobby were quite worn and felt like you were sitting on the floor at breakfast. As others mention, there are not many places open nearby for food.

The breakfast was really good! I like that they had several options for food. The layout of the hotel was easy to navigate and our room even SMELLED clean.

There were only two body towels for our stay. Even though it was just the two of us, I typically need at least two towels myself. (Hair and body.) Four would’ve been a good starting amount for a guest count of our size.

The room was very clean and quiet . The breakfast was good and the choices of food were adequate. The staff were friendly.

There were not many restaurants or takeaway places in the surrounding area. Therefore, unless you have a car to drive around, you may have difficulty to find a good eatery there.
