DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Salt Lake City Airport

Room clean and quiet. Arrived late and left early so didn't utilise any additional services. Close to SLC airport and free regular shuttle appreciated.

Water leaks around shower /bath curtain and onto floor which then tracks along the tile grouting on the floor into the entrance way, making the floor in the entrance way into the room, wet. Best to position the bath mat on the floor close to the shower end of the bath to catch the water runoff.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Large room with nice bed, work desk and chair, TV, mini-fridge, large bathroom with all the needed amenities.

I don't remember the WiFi being that weak/slow when I stayed here last year. It was possible to connect and log on to my usual work sites, but the pages would then either load slowly or not at all, making it impossible to send/retrieve e-mail and large files. Ended up using my phone as a hotspot and going outside since cell strength indoors was also weak.

Convenient hotel with free airport shuttle. Large clean and comfortable rooms, easy to schedule a shuttle back to the airport to continue my trip.

Somehow, we were given keys to an already occupied room. Was a shock for all parties involved given it was around 11:30pm. This was an honest mistake, but surprised the computer systems allowed it to happen.

I booked the hotel because they would take us to the airport in the morning....early! Our driver was superb! Even though he knew he was not supposed to , he dropped us off at the wheelchair entrance. (We both needed them!)

The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. I was surprised by how quiet it was in the hotel. The blackout curtains did an amazing job allowing me to sleep in without being disturbed by the light.

I don't think I double-checked the room amenities when I booked but there wasn't a fridge or microwave in the room which I could've really used since I was in town for so long.

Close to airport and very very polite and customer satisfaction orientated. The place was overall beautiful and price was affordable. I look forward to going back!

Maybe a room with a jacuzzi....LOL Really NO complaints here about anything it was perfect with awesome staff to fit your needs in anyway. Thank you for the cookie it was also great.

Great location, outstanding staff at all hours. Appreciated being able to leave my vehicle while on a business trip for over a week. Very comfortable room.

Parking lot could use repaving. Long walk from lobby to the high-rise section where I stayed; use your car unless you need the steps. Looking forward to restaurant being reopened.

worst sound insulation I have ever experienced in a hotel. we could hear noise from all adjacent units. poor construction. parking lot was a concern due to location.

Crystal in the bar/grill is awesome. Ran the whole place with 30+ patrons BY HERSELF. We were totally impressed!

We were surprised that the breakfast buffet WAS NOT included/free. At least should have been told so at checkin. Worked out fine….had a great sit down breakfast at the airport.

The entire staff were so polite and so welcoming. Hands down one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. We will definitely book a room here again

The outside of the hotel looked a little dingy, but the inside is super nice and clean.
