Fairfield Inn & Suites Salt Lake City Airport

The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine, but the coffee was lukewarm (also tea water and decaf), but that is hardly a complaint.

The only problem was that we were double-billed; we had paid through Booking already, and then the clerk asked for our credit card (I thought for a security deposit) and billed us again. It took a few phone calls to undo that. I would definitely stay here again, but would make sure that the clerk knew our payment status.

staff were really nice and helpful, location close by to the airport, rooms were clean, felt safe at all times, breakfast was excellent! airport shuttle was a super bonus to and from the airport! the complimentary drinks and lime water were great!

everything was great and met our expectations. only downside of our stay were the electronic entry cards had to be changed on a daily basis which was a bit of a pain, apart from that all good.

good, if possible, please open a little bit early.

It is better to put the label of Fairfield Inn & Suites on the shuttle bus although you cooperate with Holiday Inn hotel. But your costumers may not know they need to take Holiday Inn shuttle bus. Or you could ask the shuttle bus driver of Holiday Inn to remind the costumers of Fairfield Inn & Suites to take this bus. I did not know this information and saw several the Holiday Inn shuttle buses coming but I did not know I should take.

Breakfast was standard for most motels. There were good choices. Facility was clean.

The hotel was close to the airport. It was convenient getting to the airport. The breakfast was a decent selection, and had plenty of time to get to breakfast area . It was a good place to stay for 1 night. The young lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful with dinner suggestions.

The day we checked out, there was nobody at the front desk to help us. We finally found the girl to help us check out. After we got to the car we realized our bill was not correct. When we went back to the desk, she was not there again and we had to get someone from the breakfast area to get her. She fixed our statement and all was well after that.

Friendly management and reception staff who are willing to work with you if you have a problem. We found the rooms to be large enough for our requirements, equipped well throughout and very clean. The complimentary breakfast buffet was very well laid out and the food was very good too with plenty of variety to choose from with no limit imposed. Check out was very straight forward with no surprises or added extra charges. Also ample parking area Overall, a very pleasant stay.

We booked again for our return journey and was told it would be at the same price we had paid, £89.00 per room, yet when we arrived on the 16th Sept, the price was charged at $220.00 per room. After talking with the manager, the next morning, and explaining the situation she agreed that we had been wrongly mislead and also agreed to reduce this charge to $120 per room. A very pro-active response with a happy satisfactory conclusion.

The staff at the front desk and the shuttle were both outstanding. Also, in particular, Lori from the breakfast staff, was wonderful. She took such pride in her work and the hotel breakfast was the best buffet I can remember having at a hotel. I credit Lori for this!!! Also, the room was very clean and fresh!

We had booked a room with a king size bed but, when we got there, we were told that they overbooked and put us in a room with two double beds instead. We were disappointed about this. Also, we booked with another couple but were on the opposite side of the hallway from them. Finally, we had brought bathing suits knowing it was unseasonably hot and were disappointed to find that the pool was closed for repair. It would have been nice to know this in advance.

Breakfast was really good they have many options. AC was good and the room has everything you need for a travel stay

They dont have their own shuttle from airport they use the holiday inn one and I was waiting at the airport for half an hour and they should say that somewhere in the website or a text or something. I had to call a few times and finally they told me about the shuttle situation.

Breakfast was good, the room was perfect for our needs, the space was clean and the staff was friendly. Having the pull-out bed in the couch in the room made things very comfortable. I especially liked being able to login to my Netflix account from the room TV.

The pool and exercise rooms were really small. It wasn't the staff's fault, but a very large tour bus full of people took up the entire breakfast room as soon as breakfast started and they were out of coffee by the time we got there 20 minutes later.

We would have loved to stay there but when we got there, they had no handicapped rooms available like we had discussed. They were really good in helping out, they sent us to their sister hotel, Spring Hill Suites. There we were treated wonderfully, had all of our handicap needs met and the rooms were gorgeous. Friendly staff and bar on premises . No complaints. They were more than helpful.
