Staff was very friendly, and helped with local suggestions for dinner.
The bed was extremely hard, and breakfast is only served until 9am (so plan on getting up early) Most hotels serve breakfast until 10-11, our crew are night owls so although we all paid for breakfast none of us were able to get it because we weren't told the time until check in. Had we known during booking we wouldn't have opted to get the rooms that included the breakfast for the extra fee.

The bathroom was roomy, very clean, well-appointed and well-equipped and had excellent toilet paper. The staff was friendly and helpful, though the guys who greeted us upon our arrival seemed a bit sarcastic.
Room was a bit small/cramped. I was appalled that the staff at the desk did not wear face masks, given omicron surge. Hair dryer in bathroom did not work. Breakfast mixed reviews. Pool very small. Netflix channel requires paying to join -- and we are already members but couldn't just sign on.

The room was very spacious and clean. The two television sets were a hit with my husband! The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The beds were not as comfortable as we've experienced with other stays at a Fairfield. Also, the bathrooms were very dark and dimly lit, making it quite difficult to get make up on for the wedding I was attending.

Staff was exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about Troy, Amy and Tom. They made our stay very comfortable.
My mistake was originally booking the hotel through Booking.com. That is a very deceptive website. The pictures showed we were booking a Queen/Queen suite and we did not get a suite. Then when I tried to call Booking.com, they could NOT find our reservations, even though I gave them the reservation number. Very poor customer service. I will NEVER use that booking site again.

Whole property was immaculant. Very comfortable and quiet. Nice view. Did lots of laundry and was easy with facilities and front desk provided detergent. 24 desk and easy access to every amenity. Effortless stay.

New development area, all the shops and restaurants were new and the hotel was new also. The room was huge and great for a family of 5. Will definitely book here again in the future.
