Candlewood Suites Richmond North-Glen Allen, an IHG Hotel

The room was nice but partially clean the bathroom should have been cleaner there was hair in the tub and around the edges of the wall. I'm a housekeeping supervisor so I definitely would consider a better cleaning technique for everything in the room. I didn't even shower before I checked out bc of the hair in the bathroom and I had a long flight with no bath. Do Yu all think I could get a partial refund

A clean and hair free bathroom I didn't acknowledge it until I had to get up and shower the next morning so I just washed up in the kitchen sink which was very uncomfortable

Walking distance to restaurants, Barnes&Noble, etc. Nice size room. Silverware and basic dishes of decent quality. We also liked the fact that they were 2 TVs. Very nice and friendly front desk, particularly the nightshift guy.

Stinky hallway and even stinkier room: a mix of smoking smell with some sort of curry. We don't smoke so that was kind of nasty. When we tried to open the window, the street noise was so loud, that we had to close it back and somehow deal with the awfull smell. Cleaning team left by the elevator on the 5th floor 2 bags full of pizza leftovers and more, for the entire 2 days 2 nights we stayed there ( God knows since when), although they came by our door every day to ask if we need anything.

Room was nice. location was good. It is close to a lot of restaurants.

cleaning staff needs to do better. especially with covid. there were old clothes and trash from the previous occupants in the room and hair was everywhere.

The room was as described and pictured on the site. Very spacious and comfortable. The convenience of the centralized thermostat was truly a plus while lying in the bed. The multitude of outlets gave me plenty of locations to plug up my electronics

The luggage carts were not to sturdy. They need to be the four wheel type instead of the tri-wheeled on the premises. Dishwasher should be emptied to ensure the customer that the dishes are cleaneed

everything about it was amazing . room was clean & comfortable.

the bed were a little uncomfortable for us but we made it work .

The staff was helpful and understand about us waiting for our ride and let us stay in the room until they arrived.

The housekeeping did not replace our towels when placed outside of the room door. Had to go to the front desk for fresh towels.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff and Wi-Fi was free

Just noise from the highway but can't move the hotel. I came across one or two guest walking around without a mask on.

Everything else was fine

Didn't know it was so close to the interstate. Truck noise all night. No pool

The location was great the staff was friendly

The only thing I didn’t like was they only clean the room once every 7 days if you have an extended stay.

Staff awesome , rooms very clean, and very convenient.. plenty of parking.

There was a issue as far as the heat in my room, when turned above 70 it keep causing the fire alarm to go off.. also the shower pressure could have been better..
