Comfort Suites at Virginia Center Commons

The bedroom was very spacious and clean. They had an indoor pool and a jacuzzi. Breakfast was included in the price. Decent breakfast options. I checked in late and requested a late check out and it was granted, so that was a plus.

The pool wasn't heated. The Jacuzzi need to be maintained better. There were dirt patches settling onto the soapy foam and to the side of the Jacuzzi. The pool and Jacuzzi area needs to be maintained better, a staff member should come around every few hours to make sure it's clean. Every time I went down there, used towels were all over the place.

The bed was huge and very comfortable to sleep in. The housekeeping staff was very polite and quick when cleaning our room, and quick with changing the bedding. The receptionists were very nice and helpful. Pool was great especially the hot tub. The shower was the best, it even made my husband say he wanted to get the exact same shower built in our home.

I can't say I didn't like anything about the place. I do not have nothing bad to say about being there. All I know is we didn't want to leave yet but we had to, the vacation was over.

Suite was a nice size, beds very comfortable. Shower head in bathroom made the shower feel excellent. The grandkids loved the pool and spa/hot tub, they loved it stayed open late. Liked the little storefront they have, had a good selection of ice cream and other shelf stable items. Staff was courteous at check in and check out. There were a lot of stores, mall and restaurants nearby.

There were no towels at the pool. Neither remote worked in the room. Had 2 TVs that Had to be done manually. Not a dealbreaker, but a major inconvenience when you’re sitting comfortable on bed or chair. My grandkids liked NOTHING on the breakfast. So I ended up having to take them to McDonald’s, which was an unexpected cost. I ate a waffle. But the waffle wasn’t full size because batter was low. And who doesn’t have cereal of some sort on the breakfast menu

The location was good and the breakfast was pretty good. It would have been better wirh grits.

I hated that my rooms weren't ready after 3. We had to wait about 30 or 40 minutes, and the rooms were on 2 different floors at first until they found another one on the same floor. My fridge wasn't getting cold. The picture showed a room with a stove but i never saw that in the hotel. Also the pillows were uncomfortable.

The front desk staff was very pleasant at both check-in and check-out. Large luggage carts were available to take luggage to and from your room. Hand sanitizer was provided in the elevators and lobby. The living-room, bedroom and bathroom were large compared to most other hotels and were separated by doors. Nice size refrigerator and freezer combo and a microwave were a huge plus. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a hot tub and “heated” pool with lots of seating. Breakfast was also included even though we were unable to partake.

Difficult to find a parking spot, TV remotes had no backs and one had no batteries, sofa in the living-room was very stained and appeared to have splotches of what may have been paint. The heated pool was ice cold and pool towels were tiny. The hallway and elevator smelled like cigars and skunk.

The staff at reception were exceptional all round. The dining staff were really accommodating and the indoor pool was great, as was the room.

The shower was difficult to navigate, I think instructions would help. To get hot water took a really long time. Also, bench for smokers outside at the end of the walk way away from the entrance would be a good touch considering those who still indulge.

The staff was polite and helpful with restaurant directions. I loved the room setup, which was very spacious!! The location was great! There are a lot of restaurants and stores within 10 minutes from the hotel. I loved the complimentary fused water with sliced oranges.

The breakfast could be better. Didn't care for the sausage links & fried eggs, and the biscuits weren't warm.

Quiet, comfortable, and straightforward place to stay between work obligations. Hotel was mostly full, yet I heard not a peep from other guests. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. I got a good night's rest for a good value. What more can you ask for?

I always love it when hotel breakfasts have some fresh fruit available. This one did not.

The room was very nice and very clean. The beds slept comfortably and the floor we stayed on was very quiet! The front desk was super nice the 2 ladies that worked allowed me some extra time in the pool and I really appreciated that😊

It really wasn’t a dislike just more of “ want “ for breakfast it was No Bacon and my family loves bacon

The room was very spacious, with a separate lounge area. Two TVs one in the bedroom and one in the lounge. Good water pressure in bathroom areas. Everything was clean and tidy. Reasonable breakfast choices.

Wifi was a bit sketchy at times. Check in took a little longer with a new staffer on, but very welcoming and you have to start somewhere.
