SpringHill Suites Centreville Chantilly

The night Manager (male and female) on my check in evening 4/6 (I don't recall names) were fantastic! We had genuine conversation and I felt at home. The room was very clean and the mattress was wonderful as I would expect a Marriott to be. I was a parent /Chaperone of the Pride of Pickens Band that stayed, over 100 of us. We were in town from North Georgia to march in the Cherry Blossom Parade...So with stress high everyone was always upbeat and friendly when trying to even get the breakfast started for all of them each morning! I was very impressed and happy we chose your hotel.

I cant think of anything negative to report.

I like the location and the staff is always very nice.

I booked a king suite with sofa bed room a week in advance and when I got to the property they informed me they were fully booked and the only room that was available was a handicap room which had no sofa bed. The check in time was 3pm. my room was not ready and I was told to wait, we didn’t get our room until 4:30pm. Because they’re full I was put in a bad room? How is that fair? I am s paying customer as well and reserved ahead of time. The room had no wash cloths or bar soap for the bathroom. The room also had a musty water odor and I believe it was due to the bathroom since it was wheelchair accessible the water drained to the middle of the restroom meaning the entire floor would get wet. I usually enjoy my stay here but this whole experience was terrible from start to finish.

From the moment my family & I walked through the doors, it was awesome hospitality from all staff. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Breakfast buffet was excellent, especially the strawberry waffles! The location was perfect as there were many stores & nearby eateries. It was a short drive to DC which was great. I will be returning when I am back in the area!

Everything was just right. No issues!

I liked the room layout and the comfortable bed and couch. I loved how close the hotel is to restaurants and shops.

I asked for extra pillows and they only gave me one for a two person reservation. Also, there isn't insulation from the cold under the HVAC wall unit. You can feel the cold air from outside on your feet. All of us had to turn the thermostat up to 85 to warm up the rooms. Last, the breakfast and coffee aren't good either but it is close to IHOP.

Staff and room nice

When I left Tv had issues Saturday thru Wednesday. Toilet would not flush Wednesday morning no water in tank. Ac cut off Friday and had to reset lower temperature to get room cool again. Whole place had hot water issues starting Saturday night thru Wednesday when I left. Bagels had a weird taste like old or going bad.

Breakfast was reliably very good, always with eggs, oatmeal (w/topping) and coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful with our many odd requests.

The location was close to lots of food options. with easy access to main roads/hyws. The hotel was tucked away in a quiet corner. The property, hallways were clean and well kept. The King room was spacious, and had a nice wet bar area that housed a small sink, refrigerator and microwave. I didn’t plan to cook, so this was perfect. The tv was large, as was the sofa. I really enjoyed the Paul Mitchell body wash, shampoo and conditioner. I would purchase those items retail. Though I didn’t take advantage of the complimentary breakfast, there was some offerings. The front desk staff were pleasant as were the housekeeping staff. I would most definitely stay there again.

Nothing to speak of.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff checked in and made sure everything was good. I went out for takeout later that evening and the staff were polite and friendly. They had multiple coffee options (I drink decaf and it's hard to find hotels that serve it) and it was absolutely delicious.

The room smelled a little like someone had been smoking or doing weed and I think it was probably the bed sheets. The pillows were a little too easy to go flat so it was hard to get a good night's sleep.

The property was attractive and extremely clean. Our room was extremely large and nicely laid out with a sofa, computer area, and a nice view.

Breakfast just okay. Not on the level of the rest of the facility. Two nights we had kids above us bouncing around making a lot of noise. Made hard for us to sleep.
