Holiday Inn Express & Suites Manassas, an IHG Hotel

Great breakfast, lots of options. Easy access to pool, small gym and laundry machines, as well as snacks and convenience items available to purchase at front desk. Walls seemed thin from the hallways, we could hear louder conversations when walking by doors, however no problems with noise while inside our room. Small parking lot became a little cramped at night although it was well lit and felt safe. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Small breakfast area got crowded pretty quickly. The one main elevator was a little sketchy at times with the noises and erratic movements it would sometimes make.

The staff here is so welcoming. We stay here very often because of the how friendly the staff is, the cleanliness of the facility and how helpful everyone is. There breakfast is always well stocked and tasty. From the minute you walk in you feel like family. From the front desk to the housekeeper and even maintenance. Everyone is thoughtful, helpful, and always kind. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at! We will keep returning!

During our stay, the entire property looked very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and made checking in and out a breeze. The hotel has a very nice fitness room which made working out very nice. We didn’t go in the pool, but it looked very clean. The free continental breakfast was what you would expect, however they had a very good selection.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Huge pool area and really nice hot tub. The beds were comfy and no issues falling asleep. Could hear a noisy neighbors TV blaring in the hall but not in the room itself one bit. Comfortable and quiet rooms are definitely a must, and this stay definitely delivered on that. It's also right off I-66 so perfect if your traveling, and there's plenty of restaurant varieties around the hotel. The room was clean and even with it being a bit smaller, still spacious to have room for four people to be comfortable and satisfied. Would go back and stay again.

The elevator likes to try to move without the door being completely closed (once tried moving with the door all the way opened). The room was a bit smaller then what the photos showed, smaller then other Holday Inn Express suites I've stayed in before. The shower also was a tub / shower combo, not a stand up / walk in shower as shown in photo's. Also noticed the dresser doors liked to slowly open on their own over a corse of a few minutes (quarter way) so I believe either the dresser was somehow not completely flat or the floor is uneven, didn't bother me personally much at all though. It is an older hotel then some personal previous experiences / stays I've had, but still very nice and cozy. Would recommend.

The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful, and everything else in the hotel was pretty wonderful. We decided to extend our stay one more night and we were able to get our same rate!

A sewage truck stopped by for something on our first morning there and parts of the hotel smelled bad for a few hours. The scrambled eggs from the breakfast offered tasted like cleaner had been left in the pan when they were made.

I loved that the hotel was close to a lot of stores, restaurants, and movie theater. The pool area was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good.

There was no separate sink area to rinse or wash your hands or cups out

Breakfast was good and offered nice variety. Location for concert was excellent. Room was large, clean and well apportioned.

Pool was not in service, but we weren't really there for the pool, but would have been nice. Glass pane door separating the sleep area from "living room/sofa bed" - so lack of true privacy.

We haven't stayed here since the pandemic, so seeing the final renovations was very nice. There was a nice refreshing clean to the rooms and the lobby.

The only issue we had was the floor to the room above us squeaked when the occupants were walking around. It was annoying, but didn't last long. Maybe it could be checked out.

Perfect stop for us on our trip to Shenandoah! We had been traveling and stopping at locations on the Mid-Atlantic all day, and it was great to have a comfortable place to fall asleep. Great room, great value

Not the hotel's fault, but it would be great if there were more options for restaurants close to the hotel. Our dinner across the street was lacking in everything. We didn't feel like driving further but in the end it would have been worth the 15 minute ride to the pizza place.

I liked the pool and jacuzzi being opened till 9, the free breakfast was good

There was no smoking rooms I've stay in hotels that made the whole top floor smoking,the rest was non smoking
