Courtyard Manassas Battlefield Park

The location was Awesome! Close to everything. Free parking. Friendly service. Nice and clean.

The pull out chair did not have a pillow for it or sheets and a blanket. We did ask for them and we did receive the sheets and a blanket but we were told that the pillows were being washed. We did not receive one.

Great staff on check in and out. Might sound trivial but great water pressure and availability of hot water. Rare to get both at a hotel. Wi-Fi was not working but for our visit it was not an issue.

Availability of all channels shown would have been nice but not a game changer.

Nice location. Nice room but the layout was odd in regards to the orientation of bed and TV.

Breakfast was included in our reservations. On-site, breakfast was marked as day of purchase only (no option listed for breakfast included with reservation). The Front desk resolved the issue. Adequate, but less than stellar, options were provided. Confusion would have been eliminated by the presence of simple signage and better options should have been included since they were available (but only for an added fee).

the hotel staff forgot to mention I was upgraded to a double queen when I reserved a king room so it was confusing when I arrived at my room. was expecting a king. ensure staff provide polite verbal guidance when interacting with guests

Did not eat breakfast at this location. I like that it had a Starbucks. Location was awesome. The bed was comfortable. Getting towels were not a problem. The front desk was a awesome especially Bill.

Trying to figure out how to control the AC and heat. Could not get the old wall unit fan to shut off. It was pretty cold. Used the extra blanket in the closet. No trash bags in the trash bins?

The staff was very helpful answering any questions we had. We were staying in manassas so that we could enjoy ourselves at farm brew live. The price and location was the determining factor in us staying here.

The food & staff at the bistro was great! We appreciate the lemon water that was available on the lobby.

My only complaint was the WiFi was not working

Lovely, beautifully maintained hotel located in an ideal place for our activities. We had a king room on the first floor facing the courtyard. It was very comfortable and very clean with an excellent bed and all of the amenities one would expect from a Marriott property. Staff were kind and accommodating and did their best to satisfy our needs.

Marriott Courtyard hotels are noted for their excellent food service and I missed enjoying the breakfast buffet. This, however, is understandable given the current restrictions due to COVID-19. The hotel was doing what it needed to do to protect their guests and staff.

I did not use the breakfast as it was an entre order one and not a freebie. The room was very comfortable and the shower and washup facilities excellent. Nice supply of linens. Air conditioner quiet and efficient.

I do not understand why considering this hotel chain's excellent reputation that enhanced WiFi was not a free item. Pretty disappointing that one had to pay for that.

I stayed in 4 different hotels in this area this summer. If I had stayed here first, I would have returned each time.

Not a good selection of very late night snacks. Low stock level. Not really an issue. The cafe was excellent.
