Homewood Suites by Hilton Chester

I loved the room, location, and was greeted with a friendly welcome. The location was in a great area with stores, restaurants, and gas stations around. Very convenient.

I didn’t like how they charged me for a second separate room for one day and not telling me. I saw the charge on my card when I got home. I called to inquire about it and they said it was an accident and they would refund me my money back. When I asked for a receipt of the cancelled transaction…I was told they couldn’t do that after they made the change. I just thought this was unprofessional and sneaky of them to do that. Check all charges on your card if you plan on staying there. ☹️

Sharie was the young ladies name that was working when we checked in and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I did not realized I had booked a smoking room till she mentioned it and she went above and beyond to put us in a room that wasn’t smoking and would still work for our family. They did not have hot breakfast but had an amazing cold breakfast you could pick from which did include a breakfast sandwich you just had to warm up in your room.

When I received my emailed receipt I was charged more then what I booked for on booking.

I loved the fact that the staff I encountered (Cassandra,April,and Andrea)made me feel like we already knew each other. They had familiar face, we are family kind of vibe about them. The room was perfect. They served hot breakfast and it was delicious. Yadira check me out and she was very nice and accommodating. She answered my questions with a smile. Everything was exceptional. I will be returning.

There was a issue with rooms, were supposed to be connected with 2 full beds, to another room for wedding party, however we ended up with handicap suite. They gave our rooms away. The handicap shower water ran out past shower area, wasn't relaxing and closet lower than we needed to hang our clothes.

The staff was amazing and the room was handicap accessible plus they accepted my service dog with no questions or any problems

I didn’t find any problems whatsoever with anything. I’m thankful that everything was great from check in to check out plus they let us have a late checkout at no extra charge

We had full kitchen. if I had known that I would brought something to cook.

we didn't get any room service such as room clean.

It had a kitchen area, it was enough room ( loved the space)

Tub wasn't clean, beds are uncomfortable Pull out mattress was not fit to lay on could feel the springs, the cable didn't have as many channels

We only stayed for a night, it was nice and comfy. We did not try the breakfast but the layout looked good. Great location close to highway.

Location was very convenient and staff was very efficient and friendly. Our room was very clean and nice.

The only down side to our stay was the lack of buffet breakfast due to Covid. The hotel did their best with fresh brewed coffee and packaged items, however.

Loved the room layout. Breakfast was a nice plus.

Room was adequate but needs some cosmetic updates.
