Sleep Inn Richmond South

It was the worst experience ever had in any hotel. The room was wet when I have checked in late night. My room was stink so bad have to get air fresher . The carpet was wet all over . Wander it’s 92 digress outside when open the room the heat was on 90 degrees. Someone try to cover up or to dry it before I checked in but didn’t work. In the morning I was leaving to work asked the staff to charge my room . They say sold out no more rooms available. One day left the hotel staff called my by noon for different room but was too late . I’m coming 9:00 pm and checking out 6:00 am. No needed too late. But it was the worth experience ever had in any hotel.

Only the breakfast

The breakfast was ok eggs sausage and I made a waffle. I love the waffle machine. They had a few angles and muffins. Two types of cereal.

I got in around 1:30 and I asked could I get a later checkout. The checkout was at 11:00. The night shift lady said talk to the day shift. And the day shift lady told me no. She said that they had a lot of people coming in. I understand but she asked me how long and after I told her an hour she said no. Wasn’t customer friendly, however she did say thank you when I left. The property is outdated and the room was dirty to include the curtains carpet flooring and toilet/bathroom. We weren’t happy at all. Thanks

The location was good and convenient

I reserved a king bed but was put in a double bed. The room was not serviced due to lack of staff. Was told rather there would be no service until the following Tuesday. This was on Sundsy.

I love the cleanliness of the hotel, rooms were absolutely beautiful, and there are vending machines in each floor which to me was pretty cool

The property holds a charge $50 per room for their no smoking policy. It would’ve been nice to know before on the website or get an email. You do get your money back as long as there are no damages

Very convenient to everything, the express way and many eateries.

The room had a very musty order. Like the carpets could have been cleaned and not properly dried or something. The breakfast is continental not a real cooked breakfast like I thought it would be since it says breakfast included.

The location is perfect, it was a very quiet area. You had a couple of fast food places in walking distance which is a major plus.

Nothing can come to my mind. I liked everything

I like the fact that the location of the hotel was close to alot of stores and highways.

The housekeeping could have been better in the bathroom area.

Sparkling clean hotel in a very convenient location right off I-95. Lots of restaurants, gas stations and stores. Pleasant staff and excellent variety for breakfast . Many amenities on site made the hotel a really great value!

The room was clean and it smell so great. The room was really nice and it was quite.

The bathroom door it was really weird and the shower door when you got out water came out from the door.

Staff was able to fulfill my request for a disability room.

Smoke alarm beeped throughout the night because the battery needed to be replaced.
