Desk clerk very friendly. My hometown for brief family visit. Pet friendly and location make this spot our go to stay. 1st time we gad to pay for pets. Ok breakfast selection now offered. Fresh fruit would be nice option.

fantastic location relative to the events that were attending at the caverns. choice of restaurants near to the motel, quite handy. odd thing to point out; but the chair and ottoman in the room were *incredibly* comfortable for sitting and reading.
the air conditioner/heater was impossible to read -- it was a guessing game to see if we were turning something on hi/low or hot/cold. also i wish that the toilet had a cover (in case something was to have fallen from the shelf with towels).

I loved pretty much everything!
What I didn't like was that my stay was to 12 am and at 12 pm I was asked to leave. 12pm is the afternoon not morning. I was relaxing after a hard day of work, trainings and meetings. I really needed to rest. If it was for this I could of book months of stay in the same room cause I really enjoyed it.

I was in the area for a wedding and the location was only a 10 minute drive so very convenient. So many stores nearby as well.
When I walked in there were a few flies and the bed made a lot of noise. I was a bit nervous as a solo female staying in the area, but it was hassle free - from check in to check out.

this is an amazing staff, value for the money, very clean for an older, updated hotel. It’s not the Marriott but for my budget it worked perfectly. It will be my stop from now on as it is the halfway point between two destinations. I travel once a month.

It just saddens me that they are taking out the pool.
It was conveniently located, the hardwood flooring was very nice. It was a real bonus to have a refrigerator and a microwave in the room-loved that feature. The rooms were very clean.

The guy at the front desk on day one was really nice, and the lady at checkout was just as great.
The location is noisy and not walking-friendly, though that can be said for a lot of America.
