Comfort Inn Herndon-Reston

I like that this was a comfortable accommodation close to the airport where we could get some rest after a long flight. Very clean, comfortable bed and warm shower with good water pressure. Restaurants nearby for easy dinner.

I booked through Priceline, and unfortunately they advertised that there was a free airport shuttle. I called the front desk from the airport when we landed, asking where it would pick us up, and they said they didn't have one, so we took a Lyft instead. Also we were traveling with our dog, and there was nothing on the ad that said there was an added $25 pet fee. Breakfast included was pretty mediocre and low quality. I was also hoping for a bath, but the enamel on the tub was peeling off, and there was no plug included to fill it up, so I had to take a shower instead, so that was disappointing.

Clean. Spacious. Quiet. There were no smells.

The curtain was too long and it hung on the vent of the air conditioner so every time it went on, the curtain billowed out and the cold air got trapped. Plus when it billowed out because it was to long and hung over the vent, when the air came on, the street lights shone brighter in the room. It was impossible to sleep because it kept getting brighter and then darker all night long.

I booked this place for a single night because it was eligible for booking.com wallet. My expectations were not very great since I paid almost nothing, and the place has 2 stars. However the hotel exceeded them. The breakfast was surprisingly, above the average. My wife would complain about the cleanliness, however I'm not that critic, since I needed it just for a night. The room was spacious and coffee/tea was offered.

Plenty of towels and washcloths, toilets were sanitized and cute stamped toilet papers. The bed was super comfortable. Had a decent sized mini fridge and there was a microwave. Lots of lighting which was nice.

When I was trying to check out the lady didn't really say much and was confused when I handed her the checkout paper that was under my door.

The morning breakfast was phenomenal. It was a well-balanced option to get my day started. It was also a great value for the cost. The room was very clean and the complimentary service for printing boarding passes was a good help as well.

I did not see any flaws in your staff, grounds, or amenities that warrant any complaints. Keep up the good work and thanks.

Clean enough (but not spotless), pleasant staff, decent breakfast, good price. We would stay there again.

Little things- small stuff missed in cleaning, a few noisy residents at one point, some tired carpet and furnishings, but a good value if you aren't too picky.

We misplaced a tablet while visiting. The hospitality staff found it and turned it in to the front desk. Cannot say enough good things about this establishment! We'll be back!

Our door lock was broken but we were quickly moved to another room.

Clean, nice bathroom fixtures and walls, king room also had a loveseat, office chair and ottoman. Plenty of space. Nice staff especially the ladies who clean and make breakfasts.

Didn't have pancakes or waffles at hot breakfast.

The location of the hotel was nice, Quiet and tranquil. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean with the amenities needed for a 2 night stay. And the bed and bed sheets were comfortable.

The only thing I was not happy about was the lack of a business center. When using the printer to print, the ink was low and should have been replaced. Staff needs to be aware of this at all times. If it’s there for use it should always be ready for use.
