SpringHill Suites Herndon Reston

The front desk staff was extremely professional and nice. The hotel room was one of the cleanest I've been too in a long time. Since the after effects of COVID has left alot of hotels with less staff I feel cleanliness has not been sufficient in alot of our travels. But we were both very pleased with how everything looked and felt clean. The breakfast was a little sparse but very good. The fact they even offered free continental breakfast was a surprise honestly. All in all we were pleased with our stay and plan to stay again since we will have to travel back that direction in the next few months.

Service from Metro to hotel, from hotel to Metro station. Receptionist David was excellent guys and so gentlemen he help us to go to Metro station, thanks a lot. Room was large and clean. Staff was kind and helpful.

breakfast can be better.

Convenient location, comfortable rooms, great facilities, including a nice hot breakfast. But it was the staff that made this place special. Super professional, and so friendly. I look forward to a return stay.

That I could only stay one night.

The hotel is very nice and the suit was comfortable.

the breakfast had very little variety and what bothered us was that our suit was dirty with hair in the bathroom everywhere, even they forgot to flush the toilet which also had hair.

We stayed with a dog and liked the access to the side door to go in and out with him. The bed was very comfortable, but we could have used a few more pillows. We prefer fuller pillows.

I wish there was a kitchen towel available at the kitchen sink and some dish soap. Pillows on the bed were a bit flat, we prefer fuller pillows. Could also use better signage about where the ice machine is located.

The front desk staff gets you checked in quickly and is fast to answer questions should you have them. I always receive excellent service at this location!

The breakfast spread has plenty of options and is good when you’re in a rush but it is not much to look at. But hey they serve hot eggs and sausage so there is that.

The staff was exceptional, friendly, helpful and the GRATITUDE was phenomenal. My room was great and I will be back. I didnt have to wait til 3pm to check in. I arrived at the airport my shuttle picked me up at 10am and I was check into my room no problem.

My shower wasn't able to adjust water temperature without being in the shower. Water was ice cold when you turned it on. And my window shade had a stopper on it that only allowed a 4th of the sun light in and that cause lighting to be a little dim.

Loved how friendly and helpful the team was. Special shout-out to Kin and Lynn. It's the people that make the stay memorable! Room was clean and very comfortable. Perfect distance from Dulles airport and Reston city center. Will definitely come back!

Breakfast could be a little better

it was very modern. Loved the bathroom design. The staff were very helpful and very nice. I loved the breakfast. It was much more than I expected with various options.

I have no dislikes. I will be returning on my visits to Reston.

Staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very spacious, with a big bed, large sofa and kitchen space. The TV has various apps such as netflix, prime, Showtime, etc, all available to use during our stay. Honestly this was the perfect place to stay after a long flight and I would highly recommend it.
