Hampton Inn & Suites Herndon-Reston

Great price and very clean! The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were perfect. I liked that breakfast was included. Defined a good spot!

This person at the front desk was the rudest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Very condescending man, not helping at all. It was a Saturday around 12:30 am. I asked for a receipt after buying water, he was not even willing to give me one. Then he got very rude at my friend when he got back at the hotel, asking him if we were holding parties in our room. I don’t even know why he would ask/assume that at the first place (meanwhile we were peacefully sleeping). Definitely not someone that should work in the hospitality industry!

Location was excellent for our get together. Housekeeping was very helpful and supplied items needed. Breakfast was excellent especially with only 1 girl working the whole kitchen. Nobody threw us out of the pool at closing. Seemed to be open all night. Plenty of hot water in bathtub. Only drawback was tub to small and I am only 6 foot tall. Asked for early check in and was granted a 1 - 2 hour early check in. It 45 minutes on the phone to clear up a change in room made on booking.com 6 days earlier. Hotel never made upgrade until I called the morning of arrival. I was told no upgrade available but after some tension talking you made the change. Clerk checked booking.com and saw my upgrade and worked it out. Allisa worked it out. Good job.

More handicap parking. Equal slots for Hilton honors as for handicap spaces. Handicap need it more than regular Hilton guests. As mentioned above you missed an upgrade that I made on booking.com. When I called arrival morning I was told no upgrade available. After some tension talking Allisa found a room for me but it did take 45 minutes on the phone.

The room was beautiful and very clean, with modern decor and a comfortable, large bed. The building itself was well-maintained and staff was friendly and helpful.

My one complaint was that our sink drain was completely clogged and the faucet was somehow installed so close to the sink's edge, you would flood the entire sink area every time you washed your hands.

Beautiful newly renovated property. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was lovely with a great shower. Mattress was firm yet comfortable and I loved the multiple.outlets and USB ports on each side of the bed.

This is primarily a family hotel so request a room or floor primarily with solo travelers or couples and/or at the end of the halls

I told them we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they decorated our room with red heart balloons, adorable kissing swan towels, and a little basket of goodies chocolates and red wine. I was so thrilled and felt very special. The breakfast was good. The fitness center seems clean and new. I'm very pleased with our stay!

For the price, everything exceeded my expectation. The rooms, the cleanliness, there was a minor problem with one of the two rooms I booked and the staff was quick to resolve it. The breakfast was better than 4star hotels. If you want a hotel close to IAD airport, this would be it.

This hotel is a gem.The staff are friendly,professional and helpful.The shuttle service is wonderful.We landed in Dulles airport after transatlantic flight and were greeted and we couldn’t have asked for more.I would definitely stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.Well worth it.

Overall a great experience. The breakfast was actually better than we expected. The room was very clean and spacious. Also the shuttle service was a great bonus.

The reception staff were a bit rude for no apparent reason.

The hotel has been recently renovated and it’s very modern and comfortable. The bed is firm but comfortable. The breakfast was good, they had waffle mix, you could make your own waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage, breads, oatmeal, a variety of juices. They also had a clean large indoor pool. also had metro station close by with access to DC. I would stay here again.

The rooms are large and the structure is really lovely. Spacious mini-fridge. Loved the bathroom.

The cable wire to the television wouldn't stay hooked up so I couldn't watch tv. The bed was not as comfortable as other hotels (I've stayed in quite a few). Additionally, residents don't have to wear face masks in the foods serving area, bummer. No cheese with the scrambled eggs.
