comfortable beds. large bathrooms. good breakfast buffet

I requested an accessible room, but there wasn’t one available. I could not use the shower/tub and there were no bars to help me up from a low toilet. I managed OK but if accessible room not available, I would not stay there again. Last year I did have inaccessible and it was very comfortable. I have like this hotel when I come to Lexington but my health has deteriorated enough that I don’t get along well, unless I have an accessible room.

Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean. Pillows are very soft. They are pretty tight on towels for the rooms, so understand that they will only give you the amount of your party. The pool area has towels for you but they are small.

The hot tub could've been better. It had a weird smell to it, so when we got into it it didn't smell like chlorine as the pool did. The pool was also on the colder side getting in, but once you get in and your body gets used to the temp, it's actually not bad at all.

didn’t use pool because I felt the room was too hot .. spa was green .. probably just the concrete needed cleaning .. chose this hotel because I wanted to swim.. felt very unsafe.. no posting on daily chlorine levels … felt this was unsafe for me due to having diabetes

I only choose Country Inn no matter where we go. This one we loved the check in young lady. We became fast friends she was natural and being her self very friendly she helped us and was so knowledgeable. So quite and peaceful . I loved the rooms they smell good and clean no orders towels and sheets smelled like heaven

There wasn't one thing I can complain about. This was our second trip to natural bridge and second time stay at country inn. Excellent hotel it never disappoints no dislikes here

First off, the lady that we talked to on the front desk was "OUTSTANDING"! Friendly and helpful! #2, the lady that took care of our room, NEAT!! CLEAN!! Friendly! And # 3, the ladies putting the meal out in the morning, Helpful!, Clean! and just plain old KIND!! We also like that we did not have to sleep in a room that dogs and cats have also used! We come back to Lexington every four to six weeks for a day or two. We will now be staying here from now on.

The room was very spacious and quiet. The bed was really comfortable. Staff at the reception was helpful with recommendations for a late Thanksgiving dinner in the surroundings.

The breakfast was to-go, pre-packed. While the quality was decent, it was not nice to eat it in the rooms since no space is available for it (like a table and chairs). We had to improvise at the desk. It did not make much sense to keep up with these restrictions considering not even masks were mandatory indoors anymore. The other thing we did not like is that there was no bottled water in the room.

There was obvious signs of a previous leak in our bathroom ceiling. I hope what I was seeing were water stains and not mold on the tiles. There was also obvious water damage in the reception area near the desk. The highway noise is pretty loud. Of course, there is nothing management can do about that!

Great location! close to downtown Lexington, natural bridge and many restaurants! Rooms were comfortable,staff was great and the breakfast each morning was awesome.

Bathroom needed a little TLC. halfway updated but ceiling tiles needed replaced and some areas needed a clean up

Clean throughout and smelled so good everywhere. Very peaceful and quiet. Workers were present but very quiet in there duties unlike alot of other places.

Pool was very cold and the smell of chlorine was a bit overwhelming. But it was very clean! Perhaps they just cleaned the pool. Not sure. Prices are a tad high.

The staff was hiit or miss. Some spoke, and some didn't. The check-in clerk was pleasant but didn't seem to have an idea of what was going on locally.
