Super 8 by Wyndham Abingdon VA

Very nicely appointed room with fairly comfortable beds. Good flat screen TV set. Ample parking.

Nickel and dimes you on room safe that I haven't used at all. Other unexplained $1+ charges that appeared on my CC that are all hilled by SuperCuts. Area is a bit sketchy with people doing car repairs in the parking lot of the hotel and across the street.

This was the nicest Super 8 I've ever seen. Very clean & well remodeled. Much better than competitors in the same price category

Would have been nice to have coffee in the room. Not a deal breaker tho

The people were friendly, I had forgotten my phone charger the man searched through all the drawers to find one for me.

The door to one of the rooms looked like it had been kicked in and not fixed.

I liked that I was able to get a room facing the mountain instead of the parking lot which was nice and the room was clean up-to-date. Bed was comfortable.

My door lock broke tring to open door. Ops! And a the breakfast wasnt what is posted on here. Just cereal and oatmeal...... Really disappointed I was hoping to have a decent breakfast before I went back to my travel home. So i stopped when i left 😒 and hot water didn't at all get hot instead it was a lukewarm

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. You can tell it has been recently updated. It was a better stay than I expected given how inexpensive the hotel is.

The dining room for breakfast was extremely small for that size of a hotel. The lobby/check-in area actually doubles as the dining room. They did not leave the heat on in the room. When we checked in the temperature was 45 degrees in the room.

The room was really nice. The hardwood floor is a big plus in pandemic times, I think it's easier to keep it clean. They also seem to have a nice breakfast (I only had coffee though).

Would have preferred that the housekeeping personal wears masks also when no people are around. The room was really nice and seemed clean, except for behind the TV - it needs some dusting.

Clean rooms close to where we needed to be. Staff willing to help

The online ad still says breakfast but only had coffee. Also staff (2) ladies stressed cause of overload of work. Just want what i paid for need to update site or provide what you say you've got

The manager helped us find room to charge husbands scooter since we couldn't get into our room

That there was no way to get handicapped people in there are stairs for every floor even 1st floor

Very clean. Great location. Lots of fast food within walking distance. Continental bkfst was sparse even for continental. You can have toast or cereal. Only butter or jelly. And there were no spoons. Other than that was great

The room was very well done, the bed extremely comfortable, and the shower (spray and temp) perfect!

The outside almost scared us off but the room was amazing! The hall going to it was very sporadically updated, however, giving us an idea of what it recently looked like which also almost made us change our mind.
