The fridge leaked all over floor and I was told that 'I' could put the fridge outside if I wanted. No thanks, not my job! I did clean up the mess with our only bath towels. We shared the 1 towel we were given back.....

location and price were great. room was very clean. my dog stayed for free.

I couldn’t leave my dog in the room alone, which would have been a deal breaker for me had that been mentioned when I called to ask about pet rules.

Room was nice and roomy. Near ice machine and vending machines. Beds were comfortable.

Staff will not work with you on check in and check out times even in extreme situation. They wanted to charge 2 nights just for me to check in at 10am and stay till 10am next morning due to family in hospital i needed to sleep during the day and stay at hospital at night.

Starting off...the lady at the front desk was amazing! She made it easy to check k in. Friendly and helpful!! The room was just perfect. It was plenty big and comfy!!

The only thing I was sad about was breakfast!!! There was none!!! Due to covid!

Rooms were updated. Clean and fresh new beds. Clean & nice smelling.

Staff was little less friendly and a little hard to work with. Unmoving and a little Harsh. They cut off the hot water until someone paid for the next day. Tried to blame it on city but if you get cold water you can get hot water in the hot water heater correct? Soap and shampoo was terrible and left a thick waxy residue in your hair.

The location is great for what we need

We requested a handicap accessible room and none was available and they did not tell us until we arrived. Next time we will look for a different motel that will confirm if we can get a handicap acessible room. My wife has to use a mobility scooter and non handicap rooms make it very difficult go use the toilet for her.

It had late check-in available, which was convenient because we were arriving after midnight.

The sheets had dirt on them, but we were all too tired to request new ones.

Most of the other hotels were filled up when we began looking for a room for the night. I wasn't expecting much from a Red Roof Inn, but the rooms were spacious and modernized. The staff was very friendly and were willing to go the extra mile to accomodate and to take care of problems. We had a problem with the AC in our original room and they graciously moved us next door to a different room with a much better AC unit since they were not able to repair it in time for that night. The switch only took 5 minutes.

Most of the room was renovated. Nice clean room and comfy bed

Bathroom was left out of the update but still CLEAN! Their billing process could use some work. They charge a $50 refundable deposit for pets. It is fully charged to your card on check out then refunded later. So be sure if you are using a debit card that money is there. I have a CC so no issue but freaked out when I saw the charge on my card.

Quick, easy, and friendly check-in that made me feel very welcomed. I arrived very late, but my room was waiting. Big spacious bed that was very comfortable. Stopping back on my way home, because of the staff, room, and cleanliness in these worrisome times!
