Hilton Garden Inn Roanoke

I love the location of the Hilton Garde Inn Roanoke and the staff. The staff is always so welcoming and accommodating. Each time I have stayed, my room has been ready on time and it is always clean and very comfortable, and the amenities listed on the website are quite accurate. The location of the hotel is close to many restaurants and shopping, but it is off the main road and therefore very quiet. The location makes one feel safe and parking is close to the entrances of the hotel. The fact that there is a restaurant in the hotel also makes it nice if one is too tired to go out. Lastly, the check-in and check-out process is easy and seamless.

There really isn't anything I do not like about the Hilton Garden Inn Roanoke. I feel the beakfast could be a little cheaper in cost, but that is my only concern.

The people were welcoming and friendly. The room was excellent, clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for this trip.

I wasn't thrilled with the cable. There were several missing stations. I'm used to some sort of included breakfast, which you don't offer, but I knew that going in. My biggest issue was the room rate. I've stayed in that facility before and it was about half the price of this trip. I feel like I got gouged by the price because Virginia Tech was graduating this weekend. I wasn't in Roanoke for that and I'm not pleased at how much I paid.

The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was quick to help and very kind. The views were incredible, and the location left us feeling like we were completely secure and secluded from the bustle of the greater Roanoke area.

The pool was out of commission during the stay, but this was not the fault of anyone, nor was it an inconvenience. This is the only "letdown" and is largely a nonissue that had plenty of attention given to it by staff.

The bartender was arrogant and not welcoming at all. My godmother nor myself felt welcomed to enjoy a beverage before we ended a long hard day. He kept reassuring us and other guests how great he was at his job. Very unprofessional and annoying.

Staff was very helpful with questions and adding an additional night's stay. The staff at the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast were excellent.

Noise early in evening due to soccer tournament but it was quieted down in a short time.

The staff was great. And the chef, well coming from a chef myself, the food was amazing! Great drinks. The bathroom in our room was so clean! Nor even a speck of dust. The sheets and blankets were so white. It was refreshing to have a very clean room

Beds were hard. And no balcony for fresh air. But that's it

We thought the breakfast and dinner hours were great. Dinner only 5-10pm BUT awesome and perfect with limited menu.

We stayed for 4 nights and ONLY ask for our trash to be emptied every day, and fresh towels every other day. That was hard for staff to do......and unfortunately the great but limited dinner hour was closed Sunday BUT poster said OPEN. We plus many others would have utilized this option.

The breakfast was ok. Better across the street at Ihop.

The pool was out of service. We were told that it has been broken for a couple of months and no estimated time for repairs. Our bathroom floor had not been cleaned.

Beautiful location. Confy beds. Excellent breakfast . Staff in restaurant were very friendly and efficient. Hotel was well located for the Blue Ridge Parkway. Lots if nearby restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great .

The view from this location is amazing! The room was clean and sealed with a sticker after it was cleaned. The room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable.The hotel staff was friendly. Thank you for giving us such good treatment our first time in Roanoke.

We booked a room with view of mountains and you had to crane your neck to see them from the room. That is the only thing I can think of.
