Comfort Inn & Suites

This Comfort Inn is in a very convenient location right off of I-81 and less than 10 minutes from the historic distric of Staunton. The bed and other furniture in the room was very comfortable. The towels and other linens were plush and very nice. All of the staff were very polite, friendly, professional and willing to help in any way they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

The back and side of the property are a real mess. We had our dog with us and had to go to the back corner of the property for the dog walk area and the property is like a real dump in the back corner and along the side of the parking lot by the Railroad tracks. There is a trailer with a bunch of junk piled around it in the corner, old tarps, tires and other such refuse. It looks terrible. This needs to be cleaned up

Clean, dog friendly, inviting lobby area, laundry amd.gym services. Vending and ice machines and big rooms with comfy beds with microwave, mini fridge, and a coffee bar inside the very spacious room. Close to many restaurants and shops and I-81

No USB outlets such as lamps, desk, so make sure you bring a wall charger for your cell phone or electronics. I forgot to bring it and had to go to convenience store nearby to purchase.

I needed to check in with cash, the guy at the desk insisted on me using a card. I told him the card would not go through before he did that and he embarrassed me.

I stayed at a Comfort Inn the previous night in South Carolina (Tuesday) without a reservation and it was $50 more than this Comfort Inn. However I booked this hotel on Booking .com and received a much lower price in Staunton. I recommend you make a reservation on Booking.com

Everything was fine. Price was right.

Casual, clean & comfortable; also pet friendly with extra $25/night. Staff was friendly & helpful. Location was perfect for visiting Luray Caverns!

A bit outdated & pool closed at 8 pm. Other hotels with breakfast included at about the same rate.

Cleanliness. Most comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent breakfast room. Something for everyone and good quality food. Very friendly staff. A beautiful historic town to explore. We always eat at the excellent Mill Street Grille. Our favorite place to stay on each trip from RI to TN to visit family.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The location was very convenient to 95. It had a gas station to fill up the car to continue my trip. Many restaurants were located around for easy dinner access.

The bathrooms are very small. The door to the bathroom makes it very hard to maneuver in the bathroom. Other than that the rooms were comfortable and what to expect.

76 year old man who travels with 2 dogs. Good location. Very helpful front desk at check in & later when I called with a question. Nice room, clean, no smells. Food within walking distance. Good breakfast presentation. All areas of this hotel were up to or exceeded cleanliness, in my opinion.

Not very much outdoor grounds to walk the dogs. Found a trail to the RR tracks. Walked the tracks a little.

Front desk staff were exceptional! Room was clean, large and very comfortable. Bed was great! Slept well. The pillows were varied from fat and hard to soft and small.

Bathroom was extremely small. Hard to maneuver. I am a normal sized woman and it was difficult to get in the shower. Walk-in shower would not even alleviate this problem. Apparently designed by a man.

All staff (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast) were very helpful and friendly. Our room was nice and the beds super comfy. We enjoyed breakfast each morning, too... there was always a good variety to choose from.

We had absolutely no complaints.
