Quality Inn Waynesboro

The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and there was fruit and yogurt as well as microwaveable sausage breakfast sandwiches and a waffle maker for breakfast.

There are rooms on a second floor (no elevator), and fortunately I asked before we headed over to discover this since we preferred a room that was easily accessible without stairs. It would be better if they would inquire preference at check-in.

The check in time is at 2 pm. There no hidden cost. The room are nice and clean. The manger and staff are very friendly. The location is in the center of town were you are in walking distance of a department store, drug store and fast food restaurant. The bed are comfortable. The shower stays hot don't worry about it turning cold and a continental breakfast from 6:30 till 9:30.

Signs entrance to the hotel are not big enough or lit a night.

The bed was wonderful. Very comfortable and luxurious. Lots of counter top in the bathroom, Plenty of hang up space as well. There were no unusual smells. The young woman at check in was very nice.

The breakfast was mediocre. I was looking for milk and none was available. I had a dog and I always pick up after my dogs at hotels. This hotel made it difficult with no waste can anywhere near my room and the grassy area. The outside pavement is in need of serious repair and has a deep area like an inverse speed bump.

The photos on line were accurate. Only staying one night I was willing to balance the reality of the hotel with the price offered. There was no compromise. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were beyond expectation. After a bit of experimentation with the Heat controls the room was very comfortable. I would return and wish I could find this style of vintage hotel more in my travels.

Nothing is ever perfect and while I got to check in early the room that was available I was told had a squeeky fan in the bath/shower and I said that it was fine I was sure I could survive it. Wow it really really was squeey and loud. Glad that there was plenty of light from the alcove area to shower by because I am sure I would have awaken numerous other guests at 5:00 in the morning. But really that was the only item and I had been told about it in advance.

Location was great to see and do things. Loved that they offered a pool and some solid looking lounge chairs. Our room had a sitting room area and the air conditioning worked well. The decor was outdated, but clean! Good short term stay. Staff at the front desk were very friendly.

Carpet in the bedroom seemed quite old (felt like it wasn’t so firmly attached to the concrete anymore) but was clean!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Quality Inn. I asked for a quiet room on the 2nd floor and that was ready for us. The problem there was that I asked for a non-smoking room and it was obvious that the room had been heavily smoked in. The front desk was able to immediately change rooms. All the rooms where we stayed were marked No Smoking, so the quest did not obey the rules. Not the hotel's fault. We had two queens which were very comfortable. The room was clean. The front desk was very obliging. The location was great. Very near the junction of 340 and 250. Interstate 64 very close. We would absolutely stay there again when in the area.

The breakfast was adequate, but not many choices and the same every morning. We stayed 4 nights so it became a little old.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, they honored all my requests and helped me with my questions on technology. Overall my entire stay was enhanced by the staff's support!

Only thing I wasn't comfortable with was the extra measure of security on the door was broken/missing but no worries I improvised.

The location is great for what we had planned. The Staff is great! We really want to appreciated Tabitha and Nikky for pet sitting our 4 leggies friends. They are great and caring. We recommend ppl traveling with pets. :)

The bed. Way too soft. Room was big ....clean. Hope next visit they have other room with more firm mattress. Overall: Awesome

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was the best of my entire trip. Other Quality Inns as well as OTHER competing hotels should take a lesson from this proprietors in hospitality and in meeting and exceeding expectations when they advertise: "breakfast included"

The breakfast was fine for what we paid for the room. The bathroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again. Also not too far from Shenandoah National Park, which was convenient for us.

The room smelled of smoke, and the rooms are non-smoking. The location made us a little uneasy, many of the businesses around there are closed. We were going to walk to Wal-mart for some items but ultimately did not.
