The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean, i ended up having to spend an additional night and was able to keep my same room without any issue. I really enjoyed the noon checkout as most places its 10 or 11 am.

The coffee in the room was nasty and the prices in the lobby vending area were quite pricey $3.25 for a bottle of soda...i think not. I didn't think there was a blow dryer in the room, as it wasn't in the bathroom like most. After searching i found it in the closet. No exhaust fans in the bathroom so had foggy mirrors for a while after my shower.

Everything at the hotel was fine. The gentleman at the desk at check-in couldn't find our reservation, glad we brought the printout off our computer. We were only there for a very short stay and only slept there. It is just convenient to where we had to go.

We have stayed here several times in the past mainly because of location.

It was in a very good location with friendly, professional staff. The rooms were comfortable for the most part with adequate amenities. Once I was able to get into the bed, the bed was comfortable with nice down alternative comforter and pillows.

I expected to be placed in a location more handicap accessible instead of on the fourth floor and at the end of the hallway. For such a new building, it should have been more sound proof especially hearing all the traffic and sirens from outside. In the room, the sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on and placed in an awkward position to watch television and the bed was too high for me to get into.

This was close to a private residence where we were attending a reunion. Very helpful!

The refrigerator, very small for a King studio in our experience, froze our food. We made the staff aware of this but it was not resolved during our stay. The staff provided a $30 credit to us when we checked out over this issue.

The room was up to date and so comfortable. It was clean and modern and had all the necessary amenities. It was close to where we had to be and your staff was so welcoming. I will definitely be back!

My husband had to pay for his coffee. There should be a free coffee machine for guests.

Clean, looked like new construction, everything seemed to work in fine fashion.

Heard from people in group I traveled with that eggs for breakfast in the morning cost $12. Seems that for a large chain hotel, offering guests breakfast as included with the cost of the room (about $140 per night for me) is a reasonable expectation. Internet connectivity in/around the area was a bit spotty also.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and ready for us even though we arrived prior to check in. Bed was comfortable. Location was clean and felt safe.

We did not get breakfast here. Prices are too high for the food and quality of food offered. Noise for the room next to ours and the hall woke us up during the night. We strongly dislike the smell of the bar soap currently being used by Marriott. I had difficulty getting the shower temp comfortable.

The in house restaurant had many options just not enough of a variety but everyone is different.

Toilet plumbing was bad and the front desk attendant admitted they knew of this problem and most likely needed a plumber she said someone would be up when they came in no one ever showed. So our toilet was not in proper working order I notified them at 7:45 a.m. of this issue. I was traveling with my husband and 3 children we had to use the lobby bathroom the entire morning until checkout. A little disappointed by no follow up for this issue the room could have been flooded since no one followed up. We chose to be helpful and turn the water off so it did not overflow. Staff also did not notify that we could book pool time if we liked to. Sad face since we were traveling with children.

Breakfast was very good and the serving sizes were generous. The room and facility was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff all understand the meaning of excellent customer service and were friendly and helpful.

The coffee maker has to be restarted three times to brew one cup, and the water pressure via the showerhead was terrible. The breakfast server was curt. The road noise was quite loud at night.

Very nice rooms with a full range of amenities including a refrigerator and microwave. Comfortable bed and furniture.

The advertised restaurant was more a snack bar with very limited options. Tub/shower was a little slippery.
