The beds were comfy and room was clean. Saw 3 or 4 staff on checking in, asking questions, or checking out and all were helpful. Pretty basic breakfast-toast and cereal with coffee/tea. That's all that was expected so it was fine.
Didn't like smoke smell on entering the hotel but happy to report no smoke smell in our first floor room. The bathroom sink faucet handle, nor the plug, did not work easily, but did work. The fan/heater in room was noisy when turned on and air coming out had an odour so left it off which was okay for the temperature that night.

Booking said my room would be available at 2pm but when I arrived the man at the desk was rather rude about saying we couldn’t check in until 3pm. Hard to take after a long drive from Canada. But front desk staff later were much nicer.

Lobby says no smoking but it reaks of cigarettes all the way back the hallway. Bathroom fan is louder than the hairdryer. Lol Ad should clarify free "continental" breakfast. Nothing gluten free available there.

The guests next door were really loud and up most of the night. Which was not their fault. Would be nice if the TV's were smart Tv's but that's all though.

The location, price, Room was clean and the staff was extremely accommodating.
Would have liked to have known in advance about the earlier check in time. I waited around for hours thinking it was at 4pm like most hotels.
