Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Northgate

The suite was large and well furnished. We loved it.

Room was super modern and clean, loved the shower and how spacious it was; the shower amenities like the shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelt amazing, really enjoyed the products

Lighting in the parkade (got into an incident and smashed the entire rear windshield when backing into the parking space. Lighting masked the protruding top section of the wall (the wall was not flat from to to bottom) so when backing up my SUV, the vehicle hit the wall and completely damaged my window. Poor lighting did not allow me to see the different depth of the wall. No markings indicating "Cautious when backing In', only caution was for "High Voltage" of the area. Doesn't almost $600 getting the window fixed; Super tight parking spots

Easy check in and clean rooms.

Evening front desk staff was a bit rude. He rushed and had no time for My question. Which was does your company have a waiting period to receive the deposits back?. He ran my card twice, and acted like it was nothing. also to just be calm, and you will get it back. I repeated again a few hours later,and Said is there a waiting period because I have not received yet. He said soon don't worry. I walked off and left and tried in the am. The am shift was kind and informative, and answered my question. Other then that was a good stay once again.

Suite 540 was spacious and the beds were sooooo comfortable! I would suggest adding a bedside table to the other side of the bed nearest to the entrance. The view was also really nice.

Free parking would be amazing! Also, the cleaning staff woke me up Friday morning being too loud in the hallway. If they could be more mindful that folks are likely sleeping and resting at any possible hour and noise travels.

All of the staff that we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Location was great since it's right off the freeway. Even with traffic, it didn't seem to take too long to get into downtown Seattle (~35-40 mins with traffic.) Our room was very large and had plenty of seating. Large flat screen tv (2 of them actually!) and the remotes came with sanitizing towelettes (thank you!) *Would recommend that they put a blackout curtain or some kind of divider in between the two sides of the room. This is pretty minor though. :) Everything seemed pretty clean. Didn't use the gym or have breakfast at the hotel, but the spaces in general seem pretty nice.

Bed was just a tad too hard for me, but my partner said it was good - I prefer mattresses with far more padding anyhow. Got pretty good sleep even with this being said. Not the biggest deal, but wasn't informed at check-in that there was going to be an incidentals hold charge on my card; in my experience, this is a usual charge when staying at a hotel, but I would liked to have been notified either way - especially how much the hold was going to be. Called up post check-in and asked for clarification, which was straightforward and politely given. :) Would stay here again! :)

The gentleman who checked us in was so friendly and kind! I can’t remember his name but his name tag said his home state was HI. The room was super clean and had a nice theme. The bed was comfortable, hard and bouncy but the pillows were amazing haha. We kept saying how comfy they were.

The only thing was parking, the garage fills up really fast at night. Also would have loved extra wash clothes

The hotel has a casual feel, which is comfortable. We LOVED having laundry facilities!!! We had trouble finding a laundromat during our trip and to have access to a laundry was brilliant. We were on foot and found some great food spots and adventures.

The building was quite tired for the cost but the laundry trumped this completely.

Near to train station and supermarket. Large room with microwave and fridge, Sofa, chairs and bed we're comfortable. The room looked like it had recently been decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Housekeeping could have been more thorough, but wasn't an issue.

clean, well kept, felt safe with cameras through out facility and outside.

property is on a very busy road and close to a hospital so there was a lot of noise; ambulance, large work trucks ect. The building is not soundproof.
